Slowdive bucht automatisch zweites Mal ab, obwohl ich die enttäuschende App schon nach zwei Wochen kündigen wollte, aber nicht konnte, weil sie in Apple Account (Abonnements verwalten) nicht angezeigt wurde. Wie das möglich ist, ist mir ein Rätsel. Ausserdem wurde mir für ein Zusatz den man aktiv abwählen muss, was schon mal total daneben ist Geld verrechnet, habe diese Leistung aber nicht erhalten (nennt sich luzides träumen).

Die zweite Abbuchung könnte mit einem Upgrade auf ein Zusatzprogramm wie Luzides Träumen oder Holotropes Atmen zusammenhängen. Diese Kurse sind vollkommen optional und werden nur gebucht, wenn man sie selbst auswählt. SCAM!!! I was charged 3 different charges within minutes. My bank thankfully declined. Now I have to go through the process of a new card. When I contacted the company WITH PROOF of the declined transactions, they blamed me saying I must have selected these choices. Insulting!!! I had the proof and they still wouldn’t take accountability. I have taken steps to report them. One of the transactions was at an ATM!!! It says in my bank account! If I could attach the proof, I would. I ma so upset over this. RUN from this company.

App doesn't work correctly and zero customer service
I have an account I can not access. It keeps taking me around in circles and customer service is ZERO! The app itself says my account is good until the end of Dec 2025 but customer service wants me to go back and find proof that I purchased it, so I DO! Then they say a screen shot of the transaction WITH the order number on it is not good enough and leave me in limbo. This app does not work any longer and they are just keeping people's money. NO customer service phone # either, just a chat bot.

This app is a fraud , they take your money without your consent . I did a subscription for 3 months but as I didn t using it , I canceled it . But before my subscription was expiring they charged me for another 3 months without my consent !!! This is insane . And now I m waiting for a refund that they say it takes up for 14 days , because the timing it can t altered as it depends on my bank 😡😡😡 don’t go in this fraud !!!!

Just to clarify: the subscription renews automatically, as is standard with most app stores, but we know it can come as a surprise if the renewal date isn’t expected. We're not trying to hide anything or charge without consent—these terms are stated at signup, but we absolutely understand how easy it is to lose track, especially if the app wasn’t in regular use.
As for the refund timing, you're right—it can take up to 14 days, and unfortunately that delay is due to the payment processors and banks, not something we can manually speed up, even though we wish we could.

When you go to trustpilot, you see all their 5 star reviews, have people with only 1 or 2 reviews.
So of course.... People just create a trustpilot account just to praise one company.. NOT!!
Another shitty China scammer tactic, they are worse than Indian call centers!
Even when you buy, you can't hear one single meditation to the end. It keeps stopping. So you have to stop meditating, open your phone and play again.
You cant even make a playlist, so you can hear the lucid dream course. You have to open your phone every single time to play the next track.
So guess that's why it's banned in several states in the US. Because it's a dirty China scam!!

Calming experience with room to grow
This app provides a peaceful experience, and the guided audio is calming. I liked the chakra balancing and the holotropic breathwork, but both features felt a little underdeveloped. I don’t recommend Slow Dive time I have been trying to connect seems that the application wants me to upgrade and they keep charging me more and more and more and I’m not able to log into my account and this is the third time I’m trying. It’s very frustrating. Customer Service sucks they get back to you after several hours when of course you aren’t available, really I don’t recommend this kind of therapy is supposed to be for makeing people feel better after trying several times instead of getting relaxed I feel more stressed out. I want my money back. 🤬😤😡

While using the app, it keeps on stopping. You can't even finish a whole meditation. The app stops halfway and doesn't want to work again. It basically disrupts your concentration, then in the end you just couldn't be bothered to restart your meditation again.

Complete scam! Charges more than you sign up for, you have to completely sign in and get stuck in a loop eternally with never actually being able to use the app. Once inside the app, there is no way to change your settings or subscription. I am contacting my bank.

Absolutely a scam App setup to look like a real mental health support app. From reviews looks like every 4-5 star review is a bot. All the real reviews are 1 star, similar to my experience, or ‘worked for a little bit but then stopped’.
My ordeal: I clicked link from Facebook, added my email, received code via email. Purchased the 28 day plan. Downloaded the App, clicked “already have an account”, entered email, got code via email. The App then showed a page with the plans I could purchase, and a button that said “Login”. I thought - I’ve already bought my plan, and I just login in - clicked it, it asked for email. So I entered it, got a code via email. Again. 3 times. Gave up last night. Opened my bank account and I’m down the 28 day subscription Au$25, and an upgrade I DID NOT PURCHASE Au $69, and 12 month subscription Au $146 I DID NOT PURCHASE.
Checked Subscription in Apple, nothing for this App. Checked Historical Purchases and this App is there with $0 purchased.
Called bank, cancelled card, they will investigate unauthorised transactions.
I’m a big complainer and will spread this review far and wide.
This App sucks and these people who set up their company in Malta are scammers.

APP DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY
I downloaded Slowdrive on March 22, and the app is showing me right now, to be in Day 6 of my meditation. I have reached out to customer service about the daily meditation guides sometimes playing for only a few minutes, then just stopping and not playing any longer, or nothing playing at all.
They suggested I uninstall the app, then reinstall. That didn't fix the issue. I've reached out asking to make sure I'm not charged any longer. I didn't even ask for a refund at first, but at this point, I'm leaning towards asking because this app is worthless if it isn't working smoothly!! I better not get charged with a subscription!!
