They are thieving bastards signed up for 3 months they took that and money for one year I did not authorise Had to cancel my card …. Impossible to get hold of to get refund DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY and now 3 days later they have somehow got into my other account and have taken $150 out of that I now have to cancel both my bank accounts , and start again .

Scammed, signed up for a week, three separate charges came through immediately, way above what I agreed to. Had to cancel my card & report to bank.

Beware Slowdive will steal every penny they can from you in a blink of an eye. They get you for multiple charges then promised a refund once you send your email in the chat! I have not seen the funds turnaround yet and have not received a response in chat!
This is probably one of the crulest things to do to people around the holidays. How crazy is it that an app promoting to calm your nervous system would create such a problem for people. The amount of time I have spent on correcting these charges is criminal. You will need to shut your credit card down because the fees keep coming. After you get all of the fees, you start getting international fees as well. Somebody put this company on the news to prevent others from such nonsense. SLOWBURN IS THE NEWEST INTERNET THEIVES!

I subscribed for a trial period for 38 dollars and then found 3 separate statements totalling 170.77 all of which I never agreed to. This is totally fraudulent

Slowdive is a lifesaver! I felt truly refreshed and balanced after using the lucid dreaming course. The app is user-friendly, and I appreciate the transparency with billing. Whenever I had questions, support was super responsive and solved everything right away.

I have been ripped off by this company. I was charged for multiple apps which I never wanted. It's been hugely stressful and I wish I'd read the reviews before I paid. It's now being investigated by Paypal. Don't use Slowdive.

They have agreed to refund extra charges. Still should not have been charged in the first place.

Slowdive has become my go-to app for unwinding – the music is beautiful, and the guided meditations feel so calming! I had a small hiccup when I first downloaded it, but after restarting my phone, it’s worked perfectly. It’d be awesome to have more control over the mantras and background sounds, but even with the limited choices, I’m totally hooked.

THIS APP IS A SCAM. DO not even sign up for the free trial or you will be charged 85.00 and they will lock you into a reoccurring subscription. Also there is NO WAY TO CONTACT them or when you do they ask for hours worth of information. The boy can’t think very well. One star is way too high of a rating. It’s like throwing money out the window.

SCAM! Was charged multiple times different amounts in one day for this "app." The ad on IG was well put together and I fell for it. The app is confusing, doesnt' have an introduction to the app and there is a handful of sounds it makes that you cannot control yourself... Get your money back and note to self: All ads on FB and IG are scams.... if they are legit just find them via google search, otherwise. forget it!!!!!!!!!! ugh!!

FRAUD! Do NOT DOWNLOAD.

I accepted to pay $27 for 3 months subscription. They then billed my credit card $250 worth of all things I did not request. Attempting to contact customer service was of course a fail. You get to talk to a bot who eventually said they would put you through to customer service, which of course they did not do. This is disgusting behavior and they need to be held accountable. Please do not buy this app

Signed up for three months at $24.99. Within minutes my PayPal account was charges twice for add ons I never requested (I hadn't even finished activating my account yet) totaling over $100. ZERO response from customer service. SCAM. App Store reviews show that this is happening to many others.

I was using the app last night and deleted it. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and discovered on the “Attract Abundance and luck” meditation about 3/4 in it starts saying the exact opposite! Super toxic and sneaky and is so repetitive it feels very intentional.

Man bekommt ein bisschen Meditationsmusik für jeden Tag, das war’s. Und es ist auch nicht klar, dass man nicht eine einmalige Zahlung macht, sondern eine immer wiederkehrende. Außerdem habe ich noch eine zusätzliche zweite Zahlung geleistet, ohne dass mir das bewusst war. Ich hab jetzt alles storniert und hoffe, dass ich bei der Unübersichtlichkeit auch nicht mehr plötzlich irgendetwas abgezogen bekomme. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten! 

This app did rip me off, but after contacting them, they did issue a refund. I still only have them 2 stars because of the initial experience.

I downloaded this app last night and I was gob smacked when I checked my back statement this morning. They have taken 3 payments and it of my account all totalling to £150 .

Please do not download this app at any cost

CONSUMERS, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I requested a refund after 12 hours. I received an email that REQUIRED me to answer these 5 questions pertaining to my order. What a waste of ucking time.

Issue the refund immediately and ask no questions. If the CARDHOLDER wants to divulge more they can.

You're holding my refund hostage is against the law.

I ordered a one month subscription. Slowdrive then fraudulently put through an additional one year subscription. They are not responding to my demand to reverse the charges.

THIS IS FRAUD. I want nothing to do with such unethical tactics.
