I still haven't gotten my order and…
I still haven't gotten my order and it's the beginningof June. I placed it on April 9th. It is either caught in cutoms somewhere I can't track down. $93 worth of goods in limbo.
Now it's these customs emails that I can't track down or find at all to pay my tariffs to get my package. I've even been on the AN website to try to find what to do.

Hello Nora, we are sorry to hear you didn't get your delivery yet, but you will have seen that we shipped your order originally on the 10th of April when you purchased it, when your parcel was handed over to An Post you would have been emailed as part of the new customs charges by the USPS who wont allow your parcel into the US until customs are cleared, if you don't respond to that email they will try three or four more times and then return it to us. This happened and it came back to us, we then reshipped your parcel for a second time, at our cost, as soon as it came back we turned it back around for you. We can not pay your customs charges, it has to be covered by the receiver and multiple emails will have been sent to you once the parcel is in the system, so we can see that An Post did email you on the 13th May "An Post sent a shipping confirmation email to Nora Cochrane (***@hotmail.com) 13:04" we have now covered shipping twice on this parcel and we have absolutely no control over the US customs rules but we have done our best to get this to you. When your parcel shipped full tracking and customs emails were sent to you to make sure that you could receive it without too much delay.

Long wait. Charged customs fees
Took a little longer than I would have ever expected. Almost exactly a month from purchase to delivery to the US. I was also charged with custom fees which I was later told shouldn’t have happened but I wasn’t refunded. To be clear, this was all out of the shops hands though. Just an unfortunate and frustrating chain of events. I did have a not so pleasant back and forth with the social media manager(?) but the person I talked to through email was very kind and professional. As for the actual products, very Adorable and unique pajamas. I am still happy to own them. I wish this company better luck going forward when it comes to all of this tariffs mess with the US. The customer service person through email explained a lot of their US customers were having similar issues because of it. I hope things get better for them. Thanks for the pajamas.

Thanks Maurissa, unfortunately customs charges are nothing to do with us and sometimes if they aren’t paid by a shopper when the parcel enters into the mail system then the parcel can be delayed but we are hoping the US will see sense soon and stop making it so difficult for us to get our lovely stuff to you folks.

Great quality clothes delivered quickly. My 7 year old is very sensitive about the materials his clothes are made from and he loves these, he wears them as pyjamas. We love the range of colours.

Absolutely five stars
Absolutely five stars. I’ve came across this wee shop when my little one was only 2. He’s now 6 and lives in their waffles. It’s the only clothing he’s not fussy about and if he is asked to dress himself you can bet he will come out dressed in slugs and snails. He wears it so much even his grandparents order for him when they need a birthday gift.
We used to order when we lived in the UK and never had any issues with shipping. Now we live in Germany and shipping is also amazingly quick and fuss free.

Dear James thank you for your review and your email which read “ Please refund and cancel my order 5211. I'm not paying customs fees after I already purchased it from you. That's fucking idiotic. Charge a price that covers all your fees.”
For the record we have shipped your parcel
twice and paid YOUR customs charges both times which we do for all US orders as a courtesy and in an effort to keep our trade links with the USA strong.
We are not policy makers, we are a small family business and the current US tariffs stand at 50% of the product value which totally prices us out of our customers budget if we don’t absorb those costs. However if you wish to, you’re more than welcome to reimburse us for those costs seeing as you feel you should have paid them at point of purchase.
Never Delivered
My order from Feb 9th still hasn’t been delivered (it’s now March 18th), I’ve emailed twice asking for an update on my order over the past two weeks and haven’t received a response.

Hello Nicole many thanks for your review. As you are in Canada we do advise on our website to allow shipping processing times to pass before we can investigate your item as we ship a large amount of post and we also provide full tracking with our orders. We spoke to you early yesterday morning and explained this and investigated your parcel. An post have informed us that it is in Canada and they are reliant on Canada post to update the tracking which they often don’t do and as it hasn’t been marked as returned to us it will still be in your network. Canada post can sometimes be very slow as it goes through the US first and has to clear their new customs regulations first. However we are tracking this for you and keeping an eye on it.
Great tights for long legs !
The order was quick to arrive ,I love the design and the q quality is excellent ,they are long enough for my legs ....which is a rare thing !unfortunately only one pair arrived ,when I ordered two .. However this was very quickly rectified when I sent an email...the only thing I will say is the quality is so good they are going to last for ages!
