Chris had done some excellent work for us in Hampshire before moving to their new home. Having left the Royal Navy as an experienced Artificer it was nice to see Chris upholding the Professionalism and “will do” attitude of the RN Artificer. His engineering skills and a willingness to get the job done at a cost that wouldn’t break the customer’s bank has to be admired. With their move I thought we had lost his skills. However when I had a need Chris and Justine managed to fit us in with other jobs being done down south. When I needed some new jets Justine trawled around for replacements for a make of tub that they didn’t usually work with. Excellent service from both members of this highly versatile team.

Justine and Chris are very friendly, helpful people that arent pushy. I have asked them for advice on a few occasions over the 4 years which has helped me sort my hot tub properly. I have also purchased items from their shop which I have been very pleased with but not recently. I would always go to them for any help/ advice needed in the future.

Helpful, honest, and didn't make me feel like the most stupid person ever to walk this earth for buying a secondhand hot tub unseen and completely clueless! These guys have been patient, full of ideas to get us up and running, and professional and friendly throughout.. if you have (or want!) a hot tub, you NEED them in your corner!

From the minute Smalley Hot Tub Services were recommended to me, the whole process of purchasing our hot tub has been a pleasure. When communicating with Chris & Justine you forget you are dealing with a business….It feels more like some old friend. Customer service and advice is second to none, and nothing was too much trouble. This is how a business should be run with the customer being the main priority….not the sale, and up selling other products. 5 star rating is not enough in my opinion. We had an issue with our hot tub pump and I messaged for advice, the response was prompt and so helpful and the part we needed was sent to us and we received it two days later.

Chris and Justine have serviced our hot tub, added extra insulation and provided us with chemicals etc. They have also always been happy to offer their expert advice when we’ve asked. When we sadly had to sell our hot tub recently they were with us every step of the way and even moved the tub to it’s new home for our purchasers, who hopefully will also continue to use them. We can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you Chris and Justine.

Fantastic service!
Called smalley's for some advice on our layz spa pump which had an error,spoke to justine and told it was an easy fix which would come with a full service costing less than buying a new pump, decided it was worth giving it a go I dropped it in on the Friday and picked it up on the Tuesday had it all filled back up and back in the spa Wednesday evening 😁 Absolutely fantastic service😁 would definitely recommend smalley's before going anywhere else lovely family company very friendly😁 will never go anywhere else!

What a gentleman Chris is! I had been trying to get a leak in my hot tub repaired for 2 years! Being told all sorts of areas where the leak was. Along came Chris and it’s done. Not an easy job but he persevered and now it’s fixed. His wife was very supportive and kept me very well informed of any problems arising during the period. Thank you so much to both of you. We first used Smalley Hot Tub services when our inflatable hot tub had punctures which we just couldn’t find. Faultless (possibly unique) service in fixing an otherwise very expensive throwaway item ( terrible for the environment) meant we returned without hesitation when the pump started making an awful noise. Justine got Chris out to us pretty much same day…and another problem fixed with a smile!
Fast forward 12 months. Chris and Justine were the only people we would trust to help us find the perfect upgrade to a ‘proper’ hot tub. Amazing research by Chris, who absolutely nailed our brief and one hot tub and air pump purchased. Brilliant support in getting everything ready and before we knew it we had our hot tub installed and ready to go.
What’s great about Chris and Justine is that service doesn’t stop once a sale has been made. They really care about helping you get everything right and bend over backwards to help.

Go above and beyond, what I expected, price best on the web, service superb, kept in contact all the way through to the end, even got tub in earlier than expected.

I took over my parents hot tub as they no longer wanted it anymore, it needed a little tlc to say the least, got in contact with Chris and he was outstanding as I needed x3 corner panels which got damaged during the move and he sourced them for me.

Contacted Justine as my Wave Egg was leaking. Sent it down for a service and repair. Received it back about a week later and it’s save to say it is working like new. Would highly recommend them for all servicing and repairs for hot tubs.

Chris traveled all the way to Southampton to service our hydropool hot tub, excellent price in comparison to manufacturer and top class service. My one stop shop for all my future needs now.

Chris did a great job in servicing and repairing a heater element fault on our hot tub. Whilst with us Chris was also only to happy to answer all of my questions about best practice re chemicals and tub maintenance. Being a complete novice I was only to happy to tap into his knowledge. His company also provide a Q and A service which is great for customers . I would high recommend Chris for servicing and any hot tub requirements and will certainly be using him in future.

Brilliant service, friendly and helpful. Full service of my poorly hot tub and waited to see if that helped before suggesting new parts. Alas it didn’t but returned asap and new part fitted and we have a happy hot tub. Would recommend.

Contacted smalley hot tub services about a split liner in my hot tub Chris and Justine couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish nothing was to much trouble.Organised transportation did the repairs brilliant,come with excellent recommendations.
