Decided I wanted laminate flooring today, walked into the store to be met by a friendly smile from Ed, told him what I wanted he simply guided me through it all and by Wednesday they were at my house, simples.... it looks better than I imagined the fitters were professional and got to work, done in a day, Thank you do much for my new amazing floor... I would highly recommend, even gave me a NHS dscount.

Our new laminate kitchen floor was fitted yesterday. The fitters, Ryan and Adam, were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were friendly and professional. The floor looks great. The quality of the materials and work is 100%. Thank you to the shop for sorting it out and to the fitters who did such a good job. The process from start to finish was fantastic! I will certainly recommend this company to others and be using them again next year .

Sina and the guys have done a great job preparing and laying the floor. They have been professional and attentive, have turned up when they said they would and have communicated well. It's only been down a couple of days so I can't say how durable it is yet.

I had an excellent experience with Flooring Surgeons. The staffs are knowledgeable and shared their expertise gearing me to the right choice that would suit my budget and my needs. Not to mention, they were very patient sending me loads of samples. The purchasing was very straightforward and they even provided me with further discounts.

The fitting team was incredible! I can definitely say that they have mastered their craft . They left our area clean, the flooring looked so stunning. And yes, they are very quick! A 3 days job, turned out into a day :)

After having problems with a previous flooring installation by another company, I had to remove everything and start again from scratch. A friend recommended Flooring Surgeon, and I'm so glad they did.

Sina came to inspect the floor and immediately identified exactly what needed to be done to eliminate the bouncy areas and ensure the floor was fitted properly. The installation was carried out by Ryan and Mark. Although they were young, they were clearly very experienced, professional, and took great pride in their work.

The finished floor looks fantastic, and everyone who has seen it has complimented it. The price was also very competitive.

Sina visited to measure up. He was not at all pushy. He was very informative and happy to answer any questions we had. He provided a full quote as promised and we popped over to the store and completed the sale.

The fitters arrived on time and worked really hard all day. They were exceptionally polite and didn't mind us asking further questions.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to anyone who is considering new flooring.

Very helpful at the Halesowen branch and took their time to answer all questions I had, their fitters turned up on time and were polite and good at their job no problems at all . Would definitely recommend them and use them again when I next need carpet or flooring !

Company were very helpful with my order and communication was very good. The flooring is perfect and I'm very pleased with the product and service.

The flooring I purchased unfortunately needed to be returned as the wood effect looked as though a child had drew lines with a black biro through the “wood grain” - I’m gutted as was really looking forward to having this flooring laid as the pictures I’ve seen on social media look lovely!

Flooring Surgeons provided an excellent service from initial consultation to fitting as well as competitive pricing. They even helped with sourcing fitters at short notice to work around our schedule who also did a very good job.

Offered great insight and was very knowledgeable with flooring and the process involved who actually cared when it came to the selection considering our needs and room. Our experience from selection and fitting the Cambridge oak engineered wood was really good and great to see such independent flooring companies do well!

I placed my order and was contacted the next day to tell me that the item wasn’t available for 5-6 weeks and that they would refund me or they could offer a similar product which was more expensive for the same price.
I decided to choose the offered item which was sent to me a week later. It’s a really nice board and will look stunning when I fit it.
Their communication was excellent and the people especially Ed, were brilliant.

We used Floor Surgeons to install chevron pattern engineered wood flooring throughout the ground floor of our home and the service they have provided from start to finish was excellent.
From helping us to choose the right materials for our needs, to making sure we were happy at every stage - no hard sales tactics!!!
The fitters led by Harry were incredible and worked tirelessly to complete the project. I was most impressed that nothing was too much trouble for them, they ensured every tiny aspect was dealt with throughly and professionally.

From start to finish flooring surgeons were excellent,sina came out twice to measure has I queried some of his measurements but was all put right and Armando the floor fitting was second to none,he helped me a few times when we found a few issues with the sub floor but was all put right, excellent also in his cleanliness and manor,floor looks great , would highly recommend

Huge range to choose from. Really helpful in shop to guide us to our flooring choice.
Fitter was great. Very happy with process and service throughout, will definitely be using again.
