The company Company arranged to come and quote for quite a big job, they had already made errors with the booking due to trading by 2 company names so they originally double booked me in, messaged on the day as I had been told they would arrive at about 4.30pm they then told me someone would be with us between 5pm and 6pm, 6pm came and went and they just never bothered turning up or even messaging to say no one would be coming. I'd rearranged appointments to make sure I would be in. Needless to say they will not be quoting on this job

Excellent from start to finish - popped in to the Halesowen showroom to speak to Kerry who was a huge help and within an hour had chosen our new herringbone floor, had a quote for flooring and fitting and a date for installation and all was done and dusted within ten days.

The fitting was exceptional, two full days to do our entire downstairs, neat, tidy, courteous, and a fantastic level of skill.

Def use recommend, will def be a returning customer one day!

You are always apprehensive to spend big money and then get stung by poor workmanship or poor, materials. But in all honesty, these guys are brilliant at both. They are a credit to the profession.

Used this company numerous times on the recommendation from my son great product reasonably price only problem is you have to spend a certain amount to get free delivery - we ran out of flooring with the first room and had to pay £45 to order a few more boxes maybe something they need to look at but other than that everything was great from order to delivery

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble. Great choice of flooring. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The fitting team were also fabulous and have done an amazing job. Great finish. I would definitely recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Communication and delivery excellent, quality of the wooden flooring - Nevada 18/5 x 125mm Golden Oak Handscraped Lacquered Engineered Wood Flooring was disappointing as some of the panels were discoloured and not so good quality for that price.

Lovely place, went in and got myself some kitchen flooring - Great service and great value for me. Some good recommendations and they got some quality stuff.

Order for a large shipment placed one month earlier and arrived on the day chosen for delivery without a problem. Very good communications, with an extremely kind and available customer serivce. Highly recommended.
