Flooring fitted beautifully in my living room, looks amazing so happy with the customer service that i received. I would definately recommend to others. Thanks again i will definately be coming back to the flooring surgeons for my hallway and kitchen.

We've had all our downstairs flooring done by Flooring surgeons and I'm really pleased with the work and quality of the wood floor supplied. The recent work was carried out by Ryan and his colleague and they are a credit to the company, professional, clean and polite.

I bought the Fusion 12mm Warren Oak Herringbone Laminate Flooring. I loved the flooring and the fitter said it was very good quality. Was very easy to order online and was able pick a delivery date. I needed a time on delivery and they were able to provide a time slot on the day. They have a quick response WhatsApp chat which was really useful! Very happy with quality and service they’ve provided. Highly recommended!

What can I say about these guys? Where do I start, I walked into the shop, straight away I found the flooring I fell in love with, Pablo couldn’t have been more helpful, he was up front and honest with me, what really impressed me with Pablo was the honesty from him, I was 50/50 on getting new skirting boards, mine are only 5 years old, Pablo came to the house to measure up and even know they provide new skirting, he said there’s nothing wrong with yours, instead he said white beading would blend in nicely with the current skirting, great guy!
The workers Ryan and Adam, they did not stop, didn’t have a dinner break, if anything 5 min breaks, they started from 10 and was here until 7.15pm Ryan’s nail gun broke around 4pm, instead of calling it a day until tomorrow, he went to the shop and picked up another one, came back and completed the job, the work ethic of this kid was brilliant, you won’t meet many 22 year olds that are as hard working and polite as this guy, I was so impressed by his passion for flooring and wood in general, but the fact that he is so skilled at that age blows my mind, I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel it would be a disservice if I didn’t, I can’t recommend this company and the lads enough, the floor they’ve done in our hallway and living room is 10/10! I don’t feel like my review is enough, until you deal with them in person you’ll understand what I’m saying! The fact that Pablo didn’t push me to have new skirting and make more money out of me impressed me, and even the underlay, I had some cheap rolls of eBay, he gave me some advice in the difference and still didn’t say oh have ours, he just said obviously difference in quality, which I seeked advice from my brother and online, and decided I’ll pay the extra! Fantastic local company and fantastic set of workers in Ryan and Adam, trust me you wouldn’t be disappointed in this company, one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Excellent team. Really knowledgeable and helpful. The store is beautifully equipped and laid out with a vast range of product. Fitters were superb. Will definitely be returning for my next project.

Communication was spot on. Very polite team.
We had all of the downstairs and conservatory done herringbone style. Stairs and landing carpeted with a taped edge and the bathroom floor in a fully waterproof lvt.
Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely flooring selection & great customer service!
Although we already had builders working at our house when choosing the flooring who fitted it, floor surgeons made themselves available to provide further advice for the best fitting instructions to achieve the best results!
We also ordered a couple too many extra boxes & when returned the refund process went smoothly.

From start to finish we had top quality service ! They came on time and very professional in there work ,they helped by moving furniture around then asked where they went back massive help .The overall finish of the Flooring is just stunning and had lots of compliments, I did have my lounge and hallway done first and loved it so much that I have just had my 2 bedrooms done aswell and they took the trims up and fitted the flooring straight through every room so it just flowed!
The 2 Men who fitted it were so polite and respectful of our home ,can not thank them enough definitely be recommending this company again !
