I created an order with Smallflower for the first time ever last week. I sent my cart to them, and the transaction went through super fast. The next day they notified me that one of the items I ordered is not in stock and won't be for a while. They offered a refund, and shipped the rest of my order right away. I received the package sooner than expected, and the product I ordered is great. I would definitely order through Smallflower again.

I like the solid perfume tins. They are easy to slip into a small purse and the lilac and rose smell especially good.

These people have a great selection, at good prices, and are efficient and prompt. I can buy stuff that I can only usually get in London, and their brushes and blades are good value too...

Merz will always be one of my all time favorite stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The level of service is unbeatable.
