J'ai réservé une activité pour deux chez Bistro Borneo à Aix-en-Provence via Smartbox le 24 février. Le site m'a attribué un nouveau numéro de chèque cadeau, validé. Mais lors du repas, la responsable a dit que le chèque n'était pas valide. Nous avons dû payer. Depuis, je relance smartbox par mail mais personne ne se donne la peine de nous répondre. C'est inadmissible, et clairement du vol!

Easy and convenient way to store your belongings with minimal damage to items. Only downside was our garage shelves got bent due to possible weight of another container being stored on top.

The team was professional and courteous. The only thing that let them down was that they turned up a few hours later than expected but they did let me know so not a big problem. Overall a very good experience

what a rude customer service, i just called around 1.30pm, the guy was so rude, if you had a bad day, do not pass away to your customer

Over many years we have enjoyed a professional, courteous and helpful service. This extends all the way from the initial enquiry by phone through to the final delivery and unloading of our crate.

I did not make the payment in time to secure the smart box booking however, i needed this box do or die & I called & explained my urgency & staff accommodated & approved my contract.
I requested x 3 packing straps as an added extra, I was charged however I did not receive the straps. I emailed the company & an employee called to say my money would be refunded. It’s been 2 weeks & no refund has been returned.

Smartbox made the whole process incredibly easy. They were friendly, understood exactly what I needed, helped me review all my options, and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Communication was open, clear, and consistent right through to job completion. A smooth and stress‑free experience.

A wonderful experience and the boys who packed our container were superb.

I first made contact with the company on their website. Resulting to visit the operation centre to discuss my requirements.
The team at the centre was very helpful in offering advices and making booking for my pending move .
The Smartbox arrived on time on the date and was picked up after loaded.
I also ordered another Smartbox two month down the track , absolutely hassle free.
When it was time to return the boxes to our new location the drivers were not only punctual, they were able to manoeuvred the box up a narrow sloped driveway .
All in all , very happy with their services , and highly recommended to anyone who wants a hassle free store and move .

I have had a storage box with the company for the past two years. Customer service was very good on initial acquisition and continued to be so when accessing the box a number of weeks ago and again on delivery for the final move. The storage facility (Hallam) itself was clean and secure. My belongings on final delivery were also in original condition and free of dust so the boxes are well sealed. Highly recommended this company for storage and the professional handling. The only drawback was the positioning of the trailer for us to load as we were unable to safely attach the secondary ramp for loading. Staff member informed at pick up. Many thanks.

Smartbox is the smartest decision we could have made to help our family with our move. One box took the clutter out of our ho e before open homes to sell, the second and third boxes held our belongings safely whilst we waited for settlement for our new home. Each time, the team who delivered the box, and the team who helped move our belongings into the box were amazing. No fuss, incredibly polite and no detail was missed. No request I made was denied, they took great care and I cannot fault them. I highly recommend Smartbox - Richard, Liam, John and the whole team - you guys are amazing. Thank you!

Super simple signup and process. The staff came and loaded my Uber Smart Box in a little over 2 hours (2 bedroom apartment), and the fee included the first months storage fee. Great for those who are looking to move house / office easily and affordably. Highly recommended

This was the best way to move home, it easy, the staff are exceptionally helpful, would highly recommend it for anyone moving or wanting to store their belongings - its simply the BEST
