Affordable luxury styles
I love being able to get affordable luxury frames, however, this is the third time my frames have been loose. Three different styles and the arms of every pair have been stretched(?) too wide and they slip down my nose.

Good online glasses buying experience
Pretty standard online buying experience, excellent job on the glasses prescription they're perfect. Fast delivery for something coming from HongKong. Frames are good quality, all lense upgrades seem to be there. Awesome price for transitions lenses. Only caveat would be that there was documentation missing for the rayban cert of authenticity, allegedly there's one for transitions lenses as well. They function well, and as expected so I'm not that worried about the lack of documentation. Just if its specified that it will come with these things they should probably be sent with the product. And thats the reason for the 4/5 star rating

Well packaged
Well packaged, price was about right, website made it convinient. We get subsided glasses but we couldnt get the frame at that store. We will get the free lenses installed soon.

Just a few delivery issues as courier company dies not deliver to NZ POST designated drop off address so a need to work things out with courier - unnecessary drama and time wasting to fit around courier
