Helpful and Efficient
The representative I was corresponding with was very helpful and patient when I informed them that my optometrist will not be open for another five days after I had placed my order (this was right after New Years day). I explained the delay as I had a fear that a long enough delay will cancel my order and they were kind enough to relay that message and reassure me that my order will be kept until I can submit my prescription. After that, the processing and shipping of the product was fast and efficient with no further delays. The sunglasses came right before I left for holiday and have used them everyday since,

Genuine glasses though delivered from HK
I felt conned by this website when I was contacted by a courier about customs - the site is Hong Kong based and not in South Africa. However, the Vuarnet sunglasses delivered are genuine and were reasonably priced for the brand. As they cost more than R500 I dont understand how I wasnt charged duty by South African customs. I feel there is some dishonesty in their customs declarations. Just be aware.

I live in South Africa and the delivery was within 5 days and it was a great product. I searched the serial number of my last glasses and they delivered them. Just tranferred the lenses because I broke the frame. Best option. Highly recommend

In process of resolution for incorrectly supplied lenses
Following an incorrectly supplied set, SmartBuy Glasses has reached out to me and offered fair and reasonable alternatives and compensation to rectify the error. I am currently in the process of finalising the issue. I will update my review to 5-Stars once the matter has been fully resolved. At this point I can highly recommend the company, based on my experience thus far.
