Beauty Pie is a great concept. I wish they got better press in the UK. Maybe they use influencers which I don’t but India Knight would be such a good journo to target. If more of us knew the economies to be made, buying the results of major research and development without paying the margin for that nor elaborate packaging, not to mention above the line campaigns. A good guide - find your favourite high end body crème and compare its texture, absorption, skin feel, fragrance throw and linger to one of the Beauty Pie products - you will be amazed and delighted and converted.

What’s not to love about high-end skincare and cosmetics at amazing prices? The website is crazy and the postage is prompt.

Finding it very difficult to report a fault on a C-WAVE hands which will not charge up which was purchased in June of this year .Keep informing them l have read the instructions which they resent back to me on e-mail very frustrating .

I have been ignored for days on end. The one and only time they replied to my email they ignored every question I asked and then haven’t replied since.

I am desperately trying to return my order within the 14 day period as I am going on holiday for two weeks but I cannot get these people to reply!!!!

Why is the process so frustrating to either get a hold of someone or submit a return????? Why do I need to wait for you to authorise a return - what fresh hell is this?????

I want MY ENTIRE ORDER REFUNDED INCLUDED MY MEMBERSHIP.

Trust me when I say I will never ever ever ever ever go near Beauty Pie again after this experience.
