Great products and great service , no concerns love them!

From ordering through to delivery getting that lovely pink package with its lovely products you know you will not be disappointed.

My item was never delivered and it’s been impossible to get in touch with anyone at Beautypie by phone, email or contact form. I’ve chased multiple times and Evri also can’t get in touch with anyone to try to resolve. I’ve just spent over £25 on nothing and furious. A total waste of money and zero customer service from a company I’d expect so much more from. Avoid at all costs.

Awful. You all have been illegally charging me for years and refused to make it right. Even with proof of cancellation.

Japan fusion cleanser thoroughly cleans my mature skin but leaves it feeling soft and moisturised.

I love the product range and availability. My skin has never been better.
I do wish the offer for new customers was somehow extended to loyal customers. New people now get a range of products when they sign up and I wish we had received this or receive a loyalty product instead

Happy with the products I buy from Beauty Pie, I love the Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser, the Triple Hyaluronic Acid range and Super Healthy Skin Featherlight UVA/UVB SPF 50 Broad-spectrum UV protection PA++++ Sunscreen + Primer. The order arrived packed well and delivered on time, as expected.

Great service. Lovely product

Ordered a skincare kit as was delighted with my first order and loved the products but unfortunately Amazon cancelled delivery on the day with no explanation and a week later of daily emails have not had a reply from Beauty Pie. If this was my first order would definitely not have ordered a second time. So disappointed as the products and the concept is so good. Hopefully someone will be in contact with me soon!!

Everything I have ordered has been just as described, beautifully packaged and promptly delivered.

I heard a lot about Beauty Pie a few years ago and decided to try a couple of things...then realised this is the best skincare I've ever had (which means my skin is the best it's ever been!).
So I decided to try the mascara - because most mascaras "walk all over my face" - and found it looks gorgeous and stays put!
So now I'm basically trying out ALL the things!
Plus, I bought a red-light mask and my partner bought one for me at the same time ( I may have dropped hints!) and the staff were so lovely and made the return very easy.
Great prices, fast delivery, all-recyclable packaging.
