Quality products
Quality products, easy to shop website and app. Great customer service. Really good prices compared to buying the leading brands.
Just wish they didn’t use Evri for delivery it was better when it used to be Royal Mail. However, cant fault them as when I’ve had delivery issues with Evri (twice) they have sorted it out for me.

I love all my Beauty pie products, my skin is sensitive and I react to certain products but not ones from this brand and I don’t plan on switching to something else.
The yearly subscription makes a difference in terms of prices and shopping experience. I know I can place an order and receive it within 48hrs at least this is the experience for me.

I purchased this candle as I had one…
I purchased this candle as I had one previously and loved it! The first one I had, smelt amazing and burned really well. This candle smells very diluted, the smell is not noticeable and does not burn well. Very disappointed as it was not cheap.

Products high quality , customer service disappointing
I had been a member of Beauty Pie for 6 years , and have found the products of high quality , and wide range of products.
Over the last few months, due to changes with the website / customer service - I have felt dramatic change in the customer service.
I was given voucher codes for a refund and free postage. Unfortunately , the codes didnt work, and I emailed back and forth for weeks - given other codes - which also didn’t work.
I had always found Beauty Pie’s customer service helpful
And quick to respond to queries , but latterly found a noticeable change - in response time and ‘automated ‘ replies.
Due to my frustration , taking weeks to resolve the code issues, I decided not to renew my membership. I do hope that it was just ‘a glitch’ and the company realises people want to receive that are personalised , rather than an automated , generic reply - and wait days to have a reply to their query.
