My order has not arrived, it has nearly been a month, i have messaged 4 times with no reply, only AI response. This is not good enough.

I’ve been a member for a number of
I’ve been a member for a number of years and placed orders previously. My order of 12/10 has not been delivered. Apparently with Amazon Shipping it has simply disappeared. I’ve been unable to get info from them or Beauty Pie. I’m out of pocket by getting on for £200. Frankly I’m unlikely to order again.
