AVOID
Site offers web form to enter your own eyeglass RX specifications without submitting an official prescription. That is why I chose them, I do not need a new prescription and do not want to spend money or time on one. After I placed the order and paid, they demanded an RX prescription. Misleading at best, dishonest at worst. They after back and forth, plus an absurd up-sell attempt in the middle, are refunding, but claiming it will take from 24 hours to several days to fully process.

All-in-all it was a great experience
The website was easy to use. The AI chat bot was very helpful and when I needed to escalate to the human, the Customer Service reps were very helpful and quick to respond. The glasses arrived just when I needed them and they fit great and the prescription was spot on. All-in-all it was a great experience and will will most defiantly use them again in the future.

Very happy with this company
Very happy with this company, it's my second time using them. I feel like they are good to double check the prescription, mine is unusual and both times, someone has emailed to make sure my details were inputted correctly. That makes me feel like the opticians are taking it very seriously.

Long way , but…
Odered glasses at the end of november 2025.Promised to bring at the 9 th of december. Didn’t arrived on time and no tracking was available, just info that left the address. Anyway, was travelling for 10 days in NL. But finaly the glasses arrived on the 15th of December. Dublin’s AnPost was very quick. It was long way, but i have it in good condition.

Ordered on the 12th of December
Ordered on the 12th of December, only got an update on the 30th to say it will be another two weeks, horrible service, would never use again.
Edit. Was informed on the 10th of Jan the my order would be another two weeks. Although the service manager was good at communicating and offering solutions I ultimately went for a refund.
