Well organised and Very Competitive I was kept well informed at all times .

Extremely disappointed.
I booked installation for end of last year but due to other personal engagement I had to cancel. I rebooked for today and to cut a long story short the engineer turned up minute to eleven thought it was acceptable to say he could not run the pipes and I would need to find someone else to do that part of the job. Waste of my time
Do not agree to insulation unless reviewed by engineer

It would be good for you to take some responsibility or accountability for what went wrong instead of giving account on what was cancelled etc. There was no denying that I cancelled appointments for whatever reasons all off which are my rights. You have missed the reason for my annoyance.
In reference to the clutter this was never expressed as an issue your only reference was you needed the area to be cleared so that the engineer could carry out the job. If this was an issue then A quote nor installation date should never had been agreed until you could see clearly what you were quoting for.
If this was the case then you proved unqualified to give the quote on behave of your engineer who appeared unprepared to carry out the job.
That would explain why today the engineer appeared disconnected from the task and showed no empathy to the fact that he was late. He was not prepared to provide reasonable solution to an issue you suggested would not be an issue. Telling me the job could not be done unless I had an alleyway was not helpful.I do not think an apology is necessary at this point because I will never retrieve my lost day.

Amit was very helpful when he called and went out his way to make sure a boiler was installed in my property urgently. Engineer Manny who installed my boiler was very polite and professional too.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Our consultation was over the phone who took time to understand the situation with our current boiler, and what we were likely to need as a replacement. Then rather than have an engineer come to visit us to confirm this, he came in for an inspection physically. The quote came over with three options, we discuss it and amazingly didn't recommend the most expensive option. We needed the new boiler ASAP and were slotted in for two days time. The engineer carried out the work quickly and we are really pleased

My existing boiler was old and inefficient so I wanted to update my system. Amit surveyed my house thoroughly and spent a lot of time answering all my questions, explaining the options and then gave me a very competitive quote. The work was carried out a few days later by the friendly and competent engineers with minimal disruption and fuss. I am very happy with the result.
