Everything is very easy to understand. Insurance works immediately which is great .

The man I spoke to today was good . He listened carefully to my own personal life insurance. As everyone is different so it was a person centred experience . He did not rush anything . He took his time to explain everything to me . So in other words I know what I am paying for . Possibly the best person I have spoken to about life insurance as so many other life insurance companies rush it so people are left confused about what they are paying for . Well done

Jack took the call and from the onset was extremely professional, putting me at ease. He spoke clearly and concisely and every step was articulated in a way that was easy to understand. I did not feel rushed at all and the call concluded in me feeling very satisfied with the policy I signed up for.
