Smart Kids Planet Reviews

This company sells quality items that are educational and engaging for all different ages. Customer service is exemplary, and I highly recommend this company. They seem to really care about their business and if the buyer is happy with their purchase.

My experience, being a first time customer, has been great! I needed the spelling of the gift recipient changed as I had originally made a mistake in the spelling. I notified the company and got an immediate response. This made me very happy that the company was truly customer oriented and paid attention to my request!

Prompt courteous interaction with Donna Wilson, customer service manager, who corrected the incorrect shipping address that I had provided when placing my order. Order delivered on time to a very happy grandson. Thank you!

My daughter really enjoys her watch . Delivery was quick and efficient . Highly recommend

Bought the magicians kit as a gift for a 4 year old. Not only he loved it, his 6 year old sister was obsessed with the tricks and his 2 year old brother refuses to take the hat off! Great gift, the tricks are easy to understand and follow as well

The toy I bought was great. I ran into an unexpected delay having the toy shipped, however Donna was absolutely amazing, working to ensure my package was shipped and was delivered in time for the birthday party I was attending, and also Donna's communication was second to none. Donna made the experience worth shopping with Smart Kids Planet again.

Donna was awesome in quickly changing my address on my order!! 👏👏😊

After my order was placed, customer service was able to change the shipping address. They were very responsive and helpful.

Excellent products and amazing customer service. I will be buying more items in the future.

Had a question about shipping charges which was answered quickly. We exchanged some kind words and since I had missed the 10%off offer , was kindly given to me after the fact. Tells me a lot about this company, the people who work for the company who care about their products, the folks who purchase them and especially the children who will benefit from their great products.

The puzzle itself is well crafted, made of wood and colorful. Very interactive and fun to watch my granddaughter try to place the pieces.
Received the package quickly and in great condition.
Company reached out to make sure all went well and I love that kind of customer service. I will definitely order again and recommend to others

Customer service is fabulous! Had a great interaction with Donna. Website was also very easy to maneuver.

I had a very positive experience with Smart Kids Planet. Their customer service is personal, friendly, and they respond to questions or concerns immediately. I will definitely enjoy purchasing gifts for my grandchildren from them in the future.

I ordered two National Geographic metal detectors for my boys and one stopped working shortly after we got it. I asked if anything could be done and the customer service rep was so kind and helpful and replaced it free of charge. We really appreciate it.

The item purchased delivered quickly and in very good condition. No issues with ordering. The binoculars, compass and magnify glass were the perfect gift for a 5 y/o boy visiting Yellowstone. He’s super excited to see wildlife through his “real” binoculars.

My 1 year old son loves it

My grandkids love the games toys puzzles made by smart kids planet
