Smart Kids Planet Reviews

The Smart Watch is a great gift. Our 5yr old grandson loves it & doesn’t want to take it off his wrist.

Product was as advertised, and shipping was accurate and easy!

Had a slight issue with ordering a product that my Nephew already had. Sent a note and customer service was all over it. Donna quickly stopped the shipment and helped me with my issue. A lot of companies take days to respond just to tell me that it already shipped. Good customer service is key for trust ! Looking for an alternative product now!

I included the incorrect address for shipping and realized it just moments after I finish the transaction and immediately called the company and left a message. The issue was resolved within 12 hours. I received an email, gave them the correct address and I’m sure the gifts will now be going to the right place. excellent customer service. thank you.

Labeled a "builder" by her kindergarten, our child has spent the past few months asking for the opportunity to build a "robot that moves". The "Robot STEM Building Kit" provided an age appropriate challenge for our child that put a HUGE smile on her face, leaving her expressing feelings of pride and accomplishment once constructed.

My grandson loves the toy. He’s smart as can be and this toy was prefect for him. The delivery was so fast! That is something I failed to mention in another review of this product/ company. I was amazed and so happy it arrived as fast as it did. I was behind and his birthday was only a few days away. I figured it would arrive late but it arrived with a couple days to spare ! So five stars. Great toy and great customer service.

I purchased the crayon's inspiration art case for my great granddaughter for her 6th birthday in August, as she loves to color and draw being very creative.

Great Customer Service!
Wonderful Experience!

I bought the water table for my favorite 3-year-old. She loves it. There are so many things to do. Highly recommend.

The company was great to work with and the water pump works great. It was exactly what we wanted. Delivery was fast.

I placed an order today and realized I sent it to my address when I need the items to go to my grandchildren's address, all I had to do was ask to send to the proper address and it was promptly addressed with the address change and all with in an hour! I'm so happy and impressed. Thank you everyone

The gift was delivered in a timely manner and great care and followup was provided to me afterwards. Thank you!

My just turned 5yr.old gr-granddaughter was so excited to receive her very own Chess set.She was so excited she and her dad set up to play immediately. Mom ended up bringing her birthday breakfast to her. This is a game that will grow with her,
What a great learning tool from Smart Kids Planet.

Lots of different modes to this, which I like. Young children may choose which one they want. Shipping was fast which I appreciated.

I ordered a fun gift on Smart Kids Planet for my niece, and had no issues with the ordering process. A representative followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. A good experience!
