Thanks for the honest feedback. We’re sorry the PPR process felt unnecessarily clunky and frustrating. You’re right that asking for information in a confusing order, such as departure time followed by departure airfield, doesn’t make for a great user experience.

I have so far received three emails confirming that I have paid the landing fee. I'm still hoping that doesn't mean I have been charged three times

It’s simply didn’t work
It’s simply didn’t work. I tried to pay, but in the end went into the office when they showed me a QR code which worked. Clearly there’s work to be done here! I fly to the same airfield in a month time, so let’s hope there will be progress!

Thanks for leaving us a review, we have checked back through our logs and can see you submitted PPR successfully, which was then approved, upon arrival you then used our payment portal and paid for your landing fee using Stripe, which went through fine. So we are unsure what you mean by "it didnt work". If you want to email us so we can explore further that would be great as we are confused by this review.
