Thank you for this. Mirror wills are what most couples here end up choosing, because the two documents are written together and read as one plan, instead of two separate wills that could pull in different directions later. On cost: the service fee and the government fee are both said out loud on the first call, before anyone commits to anything. The government fees are public and go straight to the registry, so nothing turns up later that was not discussed. We are glad it felt hassle free. That is the part we work hardest on.

Every client has one named person who carries the file from the first call to the registered will, so you never have to explain your situation twice to somebody new who has just picked it up. You mentioned support up to the moment the wills were registered. That is where most of the work sits, and it is also the point where a will is easiest to forget about, so we check back in every 6 months to see whether anything in your life has changed enough to be worth revisiting.
