Placed an order 10 days ago. Emailed many times. Had a reply saying they would get back to me and didn’t. I think this must be a scam website.

Ordered a vacuum robot 11 days ago. Due to the website payment layout, it made me purchase two vacuums instead of one by mistake.
I emailed smartyez to cancel the second vacuum. replied straight away that they would look into it. 11 days later, no further emails, response, no tracking number.
If smartyez sort this out, i will change my review but it's disappointing that i have to resort to this..
EDIT: changed review from 1 star to 2 star
After 1 month of contacting their email for an update and demanding a refund, they obliged. Still will never purchase from them again.

I've order a Onex STC Compact chair from them and it's been a week with no postage. Now reading these reviews on here I'm regretting spending the money. Will update review(if that's possible) when/if it ships.
This slow postage is unacceptable so close to christmas. I understand Auspost having issues, but a warehouse? hire more staff please. It should be a race to get these products out the door.
15/12/2024 EDIT: After 10 days I messaged them on the "shop" app, "Hurry the hell up or refund me" not 30 seconds later it was an instant refund lol. These guys are a waste of time. Stay away, that's all I can say.
EDIT 2: Also, be careful with the positive reviews, they're clearly using bots.
EDIT 3: The nerve of the reply below. "As a first time buyer, we have respectfully refunded you in full" b!tch, you have to refund me. You haven't sent it yet.
You can not expect a customer to wait 19 business days before even posting lmao.
Lets call it what it is. Your companies broke so you cant afford to hire more staff. Do better. Your competition is crushing it.

update: I was refunded about a week after posting this review, though overall, the whole experience was unsatisfactory and uncomfortable.

Taken Money and NOTHING
Ordered a product over a week ago and have not received any information since placing the order, apart from thankyou we have your money and will be in touch. Heard nothing, No tracking info, no emails etc. Tried emailing 6 times with no response. Called the number on their website, robot voice stated no-one was available "it was 1.30 pm, 10 am and 4 p.m. well within their advertised hour's. Not good enough

I wish I could score a zero. I'm stating Smartez review is a Zero! poor Customer Service. I purchased an order. That same day I decided I no longer needed it so I wrote to them to cancel my order. It's taken 2 weeks and multiple messages and emails telling them I had cancelled my order. I kept getting emails saying my product was still available and will send to me soon. Today i recieved an official email from them stating theu had finally cancelled my order after i told them that if i didnt recieve my refund and cancellation that i wiuld contact the ACCC. I paid $49.85 for my order and only got back $37.35!!! Not happy at all. A complete scam and waste of money and they rip you off. So I'm warning everyone here to be careful with dodgy companies like this that have no customer service or communication skills!!
