I bought my order in UK not USA Unfortunately for me this has been disappointing, expensive and non effective. Where as they are polite, helpful and good response. The product itself did not fit, caused immense pain far too tight. Over an hour to put it and over an hour to get out. Completely wedged causing pain and stress. The moulds were done correctly. I asked for a refund but he denied. But the product wasn't fit for purpose. He sent out new moulds. But the moulds don't fit my teeth properly. Hence why the aligners don't fit. Um not prepared to go through the stress all over again. I paid in February. It's now June!! And I'm really annoyed. I asked for a refund and he denied. But the product does not work it's been 4-5 months and I still have NO correct aligners. So in my opinion this is a scam and totally wasted my savings simply because the treatment was not fit for purpose. And he refuses to refund me. It is a genuine review . Here is my order number 2280

Let me preface with the fact that despite what is advertised on their website when I asked for the GCD approved dentist who was meant to have overseen my treatment as advertised "staff" sent me a very abrupt email evading the question at hand & well he couldn't give me a dentists name... also don't hold your hopes out for the "free teeth whitening kit" the "staff" member" denied any such offer was ever made as if its not splashed all over their home page and described as "giving you a Hollywood smile"... I even had to chase up about that just to get a purple pen in the post.

"They" had my previous review removed as it laid out the grim reality. I paid £549 on January 7th 2026 for the full package. Things started to go wrong quickly. I was emailed a printable label to return my impression kits, I asked if the label could be posted instead as I have no printer. I was told no. So I had to send the stuff recorded delivery myself. Admittedly I forgot to put my details on the box however I emailed them immediately upon realising & did describe the packaging & it was a distinctive looking box.

The package was located relatively quickly. However for whatever reason I was just left hanging with no update... after chasing up I was promised I would have the 3D preview within 8 days... baring in mind its late March at this point. I had to chase again. No response. So I asked for a refund. I was ignored for 6 days, so I emailed again. I was offered £50 as goodwill & to confirm I wanted to continue. I explained no thank you it's just been a massive headache start to finish & I'd rather go elsewhere.

I then left a review giving my honest experience with this company. I then recieved an email demanding I removed my review and only after would a refund be issued. Obviously I wasn't going to be blackmailed so I didn't (they somehow managed to get the initial review removed).

I then informed the "staff member" I would be forced to go to my bank and do a charge back his response was "that will be great". The "staff member" turned very hostile & rude the moment I made it clear I just wanted my money back. I checked my emails today and noted after my clear and explicit and repeated requests for a refund & there was an email from the "staff member" pretending I had "requested treatment but am also asking for a refund"... I asked him to please point me to the part where I said any such thing? Why on earth would I request the treatment to continue and frankly keep money in the hands of this person.

I have of course reported the demands to delete my previous review/threat of withholding refund to trustpilot (with screenshots) as I have reported the fact I have been forced to go through bank and do a charge back against them.

He will reply & make out like he refunded me weeks ago but then email me saying he's accepted my banks chargeback. Which is it? I was refunded or you've accepted the chargeback?

Also I know he will try get my review deleted like the last other 2 but I will keep posting regardless. You don't get to take my money & then try silence me after the fact.

A year since buying the product, haven't received the full treatment and accessories - no solution yet and they have lied about sending out the last package which was never received.
