I had a great experience with Smileie from start to finish. The treatment process was straightforward, the aligners were comfortable, and I’m really happy with the results. My smile has improved so much, and it has given me much more confidence.

The customer support team, Sam in my case, has also been very helpful whenever I had questions, including assisting me with ordering replacement retainers after completing my treatment.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my Smileie journey and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and effective clear aligner treatment.

The aligners did a great job of straightening my teeth, for a very competitive price. They even replaced a worn out retainer for me free of charge. Happy with my purchase and experience. You get to see a 3d image beforehand too to check the outcome is what you want, and mine was very accurate.

Unfortunately, I have managed through 3/4 of my aligners but am unable to finish the process due to ill-fitting subsequent trays.

I contacted the company MANY times to report my issues. Occasionally, the same representative (Smileie reported this initial review when I mentioned the name of the staff member therefore I have removed it) would reply and say all of the right things about putting me through to have a call with the assessment team, but hardly ever did the call actually get scheduled or go through.

After MONTHS I received a call and due to being asked if I wear the aligners for 22 hours and day and my response being that I was struggling to continue with the regime because the fit was poor (the previous ones were too big but the new ones are too small), this was taken as non-compliance on my behalf, even though this was only occurring due to a poor product.

It is evident to myself that my correction didn't quite go as they expected and therefore the trays they created based on my original moulds only (no updated re-evaluation etc), were not right.

I asked if I could get re-fitted for the remaining aligners (to complete the process for agreed end result) due to this being a fault with the product, and was informed their decision was final and if I wanted further input I would have to pay. This is not what I expected after paying for this service which had an agreed goal/expected result, to end up with an incomplete process, non-fixed teeth and my only solution being to pay MORE money to resolve it.

Very frustrating and disappointing.

UPDATE TO REPLY (4/6/26):

Your records indicating inconsistent wear is based upon the one (final) phone call where I was asked if I was managing to wear them for the recommended duration and I shared that the current trays were loose and suggestive of needing to move onto the next step however the next ones were ill-fitting and very gappy and would fit on one side and not the other and therefore this was difficult.

I accepted any offers of calls and communication. I REPEATEDLY had to re-initiate contact when meetings didn't take place that were supposed to. I will have emails to evidence this.

I then received an email saying the decision was final and clinical review offered but further treatment would be AT A COST.

I'm very curious about which claims are not supported by your records as I stand by everything I have said.

I just wanted refitted for the remaining trays. I was well over halfway and wasn't asking for the entire process to be reset, simply to conclude the current treatment. I really don't think thats unreasonable.

I have tried to reach out for a resolution. I started treatment now over 2 years ago, my teeth have not improved and they refuse to provide a solution or even a refund.

I would recommend you report this company to the below bodies and engage in legal assistance in Queensland.

I initially left positive reviews because I believed my treatment would eventually be resolved properly, but after almost 2 years my teeth are still not fully aligned and the process has been exhausting.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout. I was repeatedly told “we will call you back” or “we will get back to you”, but this often did not happen, and emails were left unanswered for long periods. The process felt unnecessarily prolonged with no clear resolution provided.

My understanding at the start was that treatment would continue until my teeth were properly aligned, yet I am now being told further adjustments may require additional payment despite the result not matching expectations.

I am still waiting for a proper final resolution and unfortunately cannot recommend this experience based on the level of communication, delays, and incomplete outcome.

Great customer service. They always are very quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. The aligners came as promised and did exactly such an amazing job. My smile looks so much better and it boost my confidence when speaking to people. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Smileie overall. Fantastic customer service from Sam all the way. And they were one of the most affordable options compared to competitors. My goal was to remove all gaps and straighten teeth on both arches. I got the desired result in the end. The only thing is if I take the aligners off now for a few hours, my top two teeth start parting ways creating a small gap. But I reckon that’s due to the state of my teeth due to prior gum disease, and not the treatment or the aligners. Just know that this may happen if you have gum disease, even if you’ve got that treated recently. Based on my overall experience, I would definitely recommend Smilie.

Customer service is great, always updating you throughout and making sure the customer is satisfied with the service. I would recommend the company on their customer service skills alone :)

I’ve been quite impressed with Smileie. I got a course of aligners from them a couple of years ago after my teeth fell slightly out of alignment following braces.

They were super helpful and responsive in sorting out a single arch correction for me, and the communication was always really fantastic. It’s nice to be able to email someone and get a human answer back.

Price wise they’re a heap less than the name brand competition and I’ve been really pleased with the results.

I contacted again recently to pick up some replacement retainers and they’ve been super helpful again.

I am happy with my experience, Smilie responded quickly to queries and appointments were arranged easily. My teeth are not as straight as the 3D projection, but they are considerably straighter and I am satisfied.

I’m having a great experience with my Smileie aligners! Everything has been smooth and straightforward, from the initial scans to having them fitted. Shar’s service was outstanding - he made everything easy to understand and even got me an appointment with one of the top professionals in the industry to help guide me through the process. The scan box and app makes it so easy to track my progress too so I always know where I am in my treatment. Highly recommend!

I started my journey a couple months ago and everything is going according to plan so far and I am very happy with the results I’ve already achieved. Customer service has been wonderful and everyone I speak to is very nice and friendly.
