Personally I have not had a great experience with Smileie UK, as the aligners did not fit me properly. However, they have agreed to grant me a full refund.

Its really good and price is good as well, i recommend.

The staff are lovely and I can’t believe the amount of products you get for the price that you pay!! I recommend massively and will definitely be staying!

I have recently started my dental treatment with smilie and I have been so pleased with my experience so far. All the staff are very friendly and have made the start of my treatment easy and enjoyable.

it's been an amazing experience so far. A special shout out to Sam for always being helpful. I still have two more weeks left for the treatment, but my teeth are already straight.

Smileie have been a great company to deal with. Every part of the process was made simple and was a fast turnaround. I was especially pleased with the representative that I was in communication with. It was the same person throughout the whole process, which was reassuring. And the response time for any query I had was same day and any issue dealt with swiftly. So +1 for Sam

You get all your aligners in one box from the states and have to change them “when they get loose”. I’m on set 4 of 8 so far and just one tooth looking A BIT different. You have to load photos on a portal but it is extremely glitchy. It’s only let me load one set of photos & now the messages part won’t work either. I’ve emailed smileie for help but had nothing back from them in 2 weeks now. Also my ‘adviser’ seems like AI (doesn’t answer Qs directly & says the same phrase nearly every email even if doesn’t make sense in that email). Regretting being sucked in by the price :’(

I am about to complete my treatment with Smileie (2 weeks left), and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have to admit I was sceptical at first as the quote seemed too good to be true but I have to say that from start to finish, the experience was seamless and rewarding. I filled the contact form online and an advisor called me shortly after to discuss the treatment, my expectations, and so on. They provided a quote, which I accepted and the process started. I asked for the imprint to be taken by a dentist as I didn't trust myself to do a good job and they arranged this free of charge, as part of the package I agreed on the phone. After this appointment, I received confirmation that the aligners would take a couple of weeks to reach me and indeed, 2 weeks on the dot, the aligners arrived. The aligners are removable for eating. You have to ensure you maintain oral hygiene as the aligners can cause issues with gums and teeth - I was well aware of this, having had consultation with other competitors and my own dentist. This is valid for any clear aligners provider. The aligners can be uncomfortable for the first couple of days, but I did not experience pain requiring painkillers. Over time,
I noticed significant improvements in the alignment of my teeth. The teeth may feel a bit tender during the treatment, especially the first few days after changing the aligners; for example I could not bite into an apple or hard foods (like some nuts) but as the days progress, this sensation disappears as the teeth settle in their new position. Overall, I highly recommend Smileie to anyone considering this treatment. It has delivered the
expected results and di not break the bank!

#smileie They should be bankrupt and having their licences taken for sure!!!! A FRAUD COMPANY THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND SCREWS WITH YOUR TEETH!!! ZERO TRUST. they screelw your teeth and then refuse to give money back!!!

They DO NOT GOVE MONEY BACK when they have not done too much after months of you wearing the aligners. So they DO NOT EMAIL YOU BACK AND HAVE NOT PAID ME STRAIGHT BACK IN FULL REFUND when I have expressed how miserable their service was!!!!

I am very happy with this company because of their continued attention and assistance during my treatment. I always get a quick response to my problems and questions. When there has been a problem they have put me in touch on Zoom with face to face advice. I am at the beginning of my treatment but so far I have been very happy with this company and have no reason to expect that things will change. I will continue to provide reviews throughout my treatment.

Amazing company and service. I would thoroughly recommend. The best price for aligners and teeth straightening. I was sceptical considering the price and because there are so many fake companies out out there. This company transformed my teeth and the customer service was great. They are also on hand to answer any questions and deal with any queries or concerns. You won't regret. Thank you for providing me with straighter teeth.

Terrible customer services. Sent me an offer email, link didn’t work and contacted them several times to sort. Nothing has been sorted and I was willing to part with money. Please I haven’t if this is the service you receive!

Ok I'm only at the start of this journey but I must say the customer service has been nothing short of fantastic so far. Both in terms of speed of response and quality of the feedback from Sam. After querying my plan I quickly had a video appointment setup with a specialist. Also the 3D scan in a pristine Harley Street clinic was very welcome!

Amazing customer service and experience so far. It's also very nice that you get to see your results along the way. Smileie takes care of everything so the whole process is very smooth.

Smileie have been great. I cannot recommend them enough the support I have received from Sam has been first class. I am now waiting on my aligners to arrive and I can't wait to see the results.

I cannot recommend Smileie enough, they have been absolutely amazing from the very beginning especially Sam, he has answered every single question that I have had no matter what time of the day it is he always replies within the hour! He's super friendly and makes you feel at ease. The impressions where super easy to do and Sam arranged a video call with the Dr to go through my 3d setup as I was having trouble getting it on my phone and laptop and he explained and showed me everything I needed to know and I have just started wearing my aligners and so far so good! And I can't wait to go through my teeth straightening journey and see the end results!

I wanted to leave another review after completion of treatment, I guess part of me was sceptical that because the price was so much lower than others on the market, that possibly the treatment might not live up to my expectations...
I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!
Treatment has been painful at times, I won't lie to you and I'm generally very fearful of dentists and anything tooth related.
However, I was desperate to realign my front teeth after taking a knock and Smileie were the company I chose.
Sam, has overseen my treatment from the very start, if ever I've had a question, comment or concern throughout, I've dropped him a line and received a cheery, friendly and knowledgeable response within a couple of hours.
When my first impressions weren't done quite right, he arranged a video call with a dentist, who walked me through it, step by step, even showing me how to do it, by popping the blue trays in her own mouth and looking as ridiculous as I did! She was ever so reassuring.
I was sent a set of 11 aligners and 2 retainers, told to change them every 15 days and send in photo of my progress.
I've stuck rigourously to the regime, changing my aligners overnight every 15 days, with a couple of paracetamol to ease the discomfort.
Now I've reached the end of treatment, my teeth look so much straighter, it's unbelievable.
I still have a slight gap between my teeth and as soon as I pointed this out To Sam, my wonderful assistant, they booked me another appointment with the dentist straight away, the appointment was made on Thursday for the following Monday.
The service and care I have received from Sam and Smileie is genuinely second to none. I'm so pleased I chose this company over some of the bigger and better known on the market. There's no way I would've had such a personal approach and so much genuine care from another company.
I can't sing Sam's praises and thanks highly enough, they've been an absolute angel with the service they've given. I've felt genuinely cared about and for and I'm incredibly pleased with the results delivered
Everything I was offered at my initial appointment has been delivered with whistles and bells on.
I can't praise this company higher.
