I recently had an amazing experience with smileie customer service, and a big part of that was things to Mark. He was super dedicated and patient and helping me when I first contacted smileie. I was happy to see how quickly he responded. Mark really went to extra miles to understand exactly what I needed. He didn’t just treat it like a regular customer service talk. He took the time to really get what I was going through.

Mark was always a professional and friendly. He patiently walked me through everything with a calm and reassuring attitude. It was clear. He generally cared about making sure I had a good experience. I’m excited to update this with you was I came aligners and I’m pretty confident that the great service with continue.

They have great customer support. I lost one of the aligners, and they sent me a replacement for free. Also, they answer very fast for any incovenience. The aligners are working well so far.

What an incredible company!! I was delighted to receive an extra £250 discount for signing up on the day I viewed their website. The treatment was already good value but in giving me this discount it spurred me on to apply for Paypal credit so I could afford to do this. The service and communication from day one has been excellent. I quickly received the required dental impression kit but I ran into trouble taking the impressions and used up all the supplied product in failed attempts. Smilieie sent me another supply and booked two Zoom calls with a dentist to guide me through taking the impressions. Once completed I sent these off using the provided postage paid label. I'm so happy today I received an amazing kit full of all the stages of aligners I'll need and a tooth whitening kit to finish the job!! Oh yes, prior to the production of aligners I was emailed an incredible 3d simulation of the treatment process for my approval. So cool!. My teeth are badly out of line so I represent a real challenge for this process in my opinion. I'm looking forward to leaving my final review on Trustpilot. So far I can totally recommend Smilieie. Just go for it they won't disappoint you!! (I purchased the plan 17/09/2023)

I am at the start of my smile journey, the first thing that drew me to choosing smileie was the fantastic price, iv wanted straight teeth all my life but couldn't have afforded other brands, i even thought about going to Turkey to get my teeth done (so glad i found smileie first) but wanted to keep my own teeth. My smile specialist is called Sam and they have been great with customer support, they have been there with any questions i had and explained the process to me and sent tutorial video to help me with getting my impressions right, so far really happy, posted impressions off today so i will check back and update you on the progress as my treatment goes on 😊

I have just started my treatment with Smileie. I have had a great experience so far and everyone I have meet are so lovely and professional. My questions are always answered. The customer service I have received is excellent.

Amazing customer services

I cannot praise the customer service provided by Smileie especially Emma's service; it was truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out, their dedication to helping me was evident. Not only were they quick to respond, but they also took the time to understand my needs thoroughly.

After years of bad customer service it was refreshing to speak to a human; who communicated in actual English, understood my questions and was knowledgeable about the product. Customer Representative Mark was able to deal with all my questions and concerns and thereby also able to get in a sale. And that without using any of the detestable sales techniques we all know too well and loathe, bravo! Couldn't give less than a 5 stars for this customer experience, lets hope the product reflects the support.

Finally the aligners arrived, i had only 5 of them, the rest will come later, with a protection case that is not fitting a pair of aligners cause i have a big mouth, but it s all good i just need to take care of them. It took a while before receiving them, i think the post had some issues that s why it took them so long to arrive. But they are here and i m very happy with them, they fit very well , hard to get them on as my teeth are far from staright but once on, they dont move. Thanks to Asad who kept me informed all the time and who is very professional, kind and fast to write me when ever i have a question. i will keep posting until the final stage.

So far everything is going very well. The customer service was fantastic, the rep, 'Smith'was very helpful, friendly and offered me a discount for the last month which I really appreciate. The first steps are very straightforward.

Im in the early stages of my aligners journey but all is good so far. Sam is very helpful and communication via email is always prompt. I had a video call to do my inpressions which lasted over an hour, there was no rushing, literally I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Excited to continue with my journey of duel daytime aligners.

I picked smileie after a lot of research and I hope that it won't disappoint me. I just placed my order after a long chat with 'Steven' from Smileie and I can undoubtedly say, this is the best customer service I've received till date! I had a lot of questions and Steven patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I am very impressed by the efforts taken to maintain such high standards of customer service.

Great customer service!

Right from the beginning, the customer sevice has been great.
I've started with another aligner company in the past and the customer service and help was that bad, that I cancelled the service.

Whereas, with Smilieie, so far, the help I have received is brilliant!
I communicate with Sam, who is the only person I deal with and he's been very helpful!
My impression kit got sent out to me and delivered in 1 day. I did a bad job on my impressions because of how my teeth are positioned. Smilieie set up a video call for me with a dentist so I could get some assistance, but I made mistakes taking the impressions again.
Smilieie sent out another impression kit to me (FREE OF CHARGE) and scheduled another video call with a dentist at a time that suited me. This time, it was a success and I am due to send back the completed impressions tomorrow.
All of the above, from me purchasing the aligners to now, has happened in 1 week.

I will update further once I have received my aligners and then once I have completed the treatment. But so far, SO GOOD!
