I ordered my first set of aligners to straighten my front teeth since my wisdom tooth growing pushed them out of place. The impressions were easy to do at home. I have finished treatment and since ordered a new set of retainers and was delighted when they had my impressions saved and sent them out straight away. I'm really happy with the service provided and the results of my aligners

2years for a failed teeth alignment plan whcih never got the results they gave with thier 3d impression. Origianlly said a few months. Poor quality aligners, too thin to apply correct pressure to my teeth and cracked many times. Purposely delaying replying to email and druing times tool 2-3months to send out new aligners. Now they refuse to offer any more treatment without paying more. AVOID this small company at all costs. No names of who your talking to and simply say to speak to a different team who is infact just the same person.

This is the worst company I think I have ever experienced.
I took out the product in September 2023 ahead of my bonding appointment in turkey one year later. They told me it would take 3 months but if my teeth weren’t straight no problem I could have more retainers.
Surprise surprise … three months later my teeth weren’t straight so they sent me more retainers after I chased and chased for over a month and guess what these aligners did nothing?
At this point I was anxious because my wedding was in June 2025 but surely I would have enough time?! I kept repeating about my bonding trip to turkey and my wedding and they still took ages to respond, sent me new retainers. They even at one point said that they were reorganising the business and to be patient… Guess what I had bonding on my upper teeth without my teeth being straight because I couldn’t cancel my trip and flights to turkey and my husband needed his implants for his wedding. I then asked them to only sort out my bottom teeth for my wedding.
I had to harass them on email before getting responses and it took them even longer to send out more aligners. I asked for a refund because I could see that the product was a scam but they wouldn’t refund me. A couple of months ago I sent them an email saying I would ask for a charge back and leave negative reviews and they took ages to reply and then said I had emailed the wrong email even though it had been the same email address from the very beginning.

This company just fobs you off and fails to respond to you when you click that their product is rubbish.
Wish I had just gone to my dentist and done Invisalign. I ended up out of pocket, without straight teeth for bonding and without the smile I wanted for my wedding - btw luckily my teeth weren’t actually that bad to begin with but I just wanted them straighter!
They refuse to refund and customer service is appalling, I don’t know how they are still in business

I booked a consult. They didn't respond or ring me for the consult. I then contacted them again to ask why they didn't do the consult. They responded on the online chat saying " you'll get a call in a minute. Waited, again no response.

I did originally get my hopes up as I had read good things. I've certainly changed my mind now., it makes me think if I did have a problem with treatment I wouldn't be able to contact them, & makes me question how legit they are as a company.

Super easy process! The impression kit was simple to use with clear instructions, and everything moved really quickly. I had the same person—Sam—helping me throughout the process. Fast replies, quick fixes, no stress. Big thumbs up!

I cannot recommend this company enough!

I started my journey at the end of October 24 and am beyond happy with the results so far. I am now on retainers for the top teeth and 3 more aligners to go for the bottom teeth. The change has been amazing as I had a very big noticeable gap in my bottom teeth. People are also amazed at how much better they look, it’s so nice to receive compliments about them rather than be conscious everytime I speak. I must also mention SAM who has been amazing and is always there to answer any questions, the support has also been above and beyond. I cannot wait to see the very end results and this has to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I am so glad I chose this company and the cost is very reasonable compared to others. (And I spent ALOT of hours researching!)

If you are considering aligners I recommend going nowhere else!

First i was worried as i never heard of them and price was to good to be true but i just took the risk and paid them. But they did what they said, booked me for 3D scan and after that sent me my aligners(3 weeks).Im currently on set number 08 and so far so good. The aligners are good quality as well, Very affordable price and very good customer support.

Was cautious obviously to begin with and was scare mongered slightly away by my dentist... however, good lord... Absolutely amazing. The team have been brilliant throughout and I cannot recommend them enough.

Smileie has done the impossible. I had a nasty thought that my teeth wouldn't become as aligned as everybody else but Smileie proved me wrong. They gave me a treatment plan that transformed my teeth alignment and made my smile very attractive. I'm 100% impressed with their works.

Great Aligner Company
I am very happy with their service. I was unable to make good impressions in the beginning and they offered me a scan … I went to Central London for my scan … it was really quick the staff was very professional and caring which helped me a lot … now I am on my 3rd set of aligners . Highly recommended 👍🏼

My experience with Smilies this year has been brilliant. Their customer support is second to none with very fast response and all eventualities covered professionally. My aligner treatment went extremely well through the course but needed a little bit more to finalise the look to my satisfaction. This was no problem to Smilieie who swiftly arranged a scan at a local dental practice. I've just approved the AI generated model and I'm looking forward to my new batch of aligners to finish the process. Just incredible service and I am astonished at how good the level of service is for the price you pay. 100% recommended. Thanks Sam! :D

Personally I have not had a great experience with Smileie UK, as the aligners did not fit me properly. However, they have agreed to grant me a full refund.

Its really good and price is good as well, i recommend.
