I started my Smileie journey on 5/6/23 and today have been informed that my aligners are on the way! The whole process has been incredibly quick from receiving my impression kit, to receiving my 3D treatment plan. Sam has been incredibly helpful along the way, providing continuous updates and support. The impression kit is pretty easy to use and the whole process is so convenient as you can do it from home with no disruption in your daily life. Can’t wait to start using my aligners , will update once I’m finished my treatment.

My experience with Smileie has been great! Exceptional customer service. Easy step-by-step instructions for the process of impressions and sending them back. Always clear and concise about which step of the process you are on and what to expect next. The best of all is the 3D view they give you of your teeth moving back in place. So far very attentive and customer-focused. Can't wait to get the aligners and get started with the treatment plan.
