I was all ready to buy from these guys and then I spotted the ‘shipping protection’ for an extra £2 and the following statement:

“Please ensure that all shipping details are correct. SmilePro is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once handed to the postal carrier or for customs fees incurred during transit.”

It basically says the same in their terms and conditions.

However, under UK consumer law, a retailer cannot legally shrug off responsibility for a lost or delayed parcel just because they handed it to a courier. According to Section 29 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk remains entirely with the trader until the goods come into your physical possession. Any term in a retailer’s contract that attempts to bypass this statutory right is legally unfair and completely unenforceable.

In my opinion this amounts to scamming folk into paying an extra £2 and trying to make buyers liable for any postal loses. Sorry guys… it doesn’t work like that. You’ve lost my trust, and my order.

A company to gladden the heart of a cynical online shopper
Having bought other dental products and been dissatisfied I was cautious about smile pro - another online product delivering much less than its big promises? So far I’m delighted the toothbrush gives a an impressive clean and the steriliser provides a place to store the toothbrush as well as ensuring that it’s sterile at each use. It arrived quickly at a very affordable cost. This company has so far ticked every box and is highly recommended!

I tried this product on the off chance it might work. I've been using it for a little over two weeks (along with the charcoal toothpaste) and I can already see a massive difference in the shade of my teeth.

The ordering process was easy. Shipping took a little longer, but I was ordering from NZ, so to be expected I guess. Anyway, I'm very happy with the product, which is slowly doing what it should.

I would definitely recommend this product. I am very sceptical about this sort of thing, but I'm a week in and I can see quite a substantial difference in the colour of my teeth

I was really disappointed with SmilePro as it didn't work at all. I used it exactly as advised and there was no difference at all. I have "normal" teeth that have gone off white with age and had hoped this would brighten things up. I missed that they offer a money back gurarantee. Money down the drain!
EDIT: The company replied suggesting my teeth must have thin enamel, tooth trauma, certain medications, metal fillings, or other underlying factors. This is entirely incorrect. My teeth are in great health. In fact, I went to my dentist after this failed, and their professional whitening worked perfectly in just 9 days. The truth is, this over-the-counter kit simply isn't strong enough for deep, long-term lifestyle stains. Save your money and see a professional.

I tried this about 7 months ago. Very sceptical before ordering. Gave it 2 weeks and it done exactly what it said. No gimmick, no paid for promotion. It is what it is and it does what it does. I've ordered the oven refills and this will do me another 6 months. It works!!!
