The SmilePro Advanced Whitening Kit was a very disappointing purchase and overall experience. As someone who is not a smoker and rarely consumes coffee or tea, I had reasonable expectations that the product would deliver noticeable whitening results. Unfortunately, I did not experience any significant improvement despite following the instructions provided.

What was even more disappointing was the refund process. I paid international shipping fees when purchasing the product because I trusted the claims made about its effectiveness. However, when I sought a refund due to the lack of results, I was informed that return shipping costs would not be covered and would have to be paid out of my own pocket. This means that the so-called “30-day satisfaction guarantee” is not a truly risk-free or free-return policy, as customers are required to bear additional costs to obtain a refund.

In addition, the whitening pen had a very strong and unpleasant smell during use, which further detracted from the overall experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend the SmilePro Advanced Whitening Kit. The product did not deliver the promised results, and customers should be aware that they may have to pay return shipping costs even when returning a product that they believe is ineffective. This refund policy significantly reduces confidence in the company’s satisfaction guarantee.

Received my tooth whitening kit and was excited to start using..... I started to see results after 3 daily treatments.... but then my led light unit was struggling to hold a charge that lasted for the whole treatment. I contacted customer service who suggested a few things to try.... but it seemed to be faulty....so I contacted customer service at Smile Pro again.... readying myself for a battle.... but it couldn't have been easier.... new light unit in the post without argument..... THANK YOU so much Smile Pro....not only does your whitening kit actually do what it promises but your customer care is absolutely fantastic. I cant wait to get back to the programme and ill definitely be back to purchase more whitener and toothpaste.... its gold stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whitening is coming along slow but sure I also bought the toothpaste to maintain the whitening. This is a great product and would recomend it to anyone looking to whiten thier teeth.

Having reached 70 a few weeks ago, I was pretty sceptical about the claims I was reading regarding this product. I am sceptical no more. After just 7 days my teeth are looking whiter than they have for years. Now that I have found this product there is no going back.

Excellent customer service

I have been a customer for over a year and find these whitening pens make a difference if used regularly (like every other week). Affordable way to have whiter teeth. Recently needed to replace the mouth tray as wasn't charging which Smilepro replaced for free. Highly recommend

The best Teeth brush in the market
I have been using electric teeth brush for a long time, however, this is the best I ever used, can’t believe it costs 45€.
It’s so good that I would be happy to pay more. So far I have 4 of them making sure all my family have one.

SmilePro Sonic Brush Heads

Delighted and impressed by the smilepro toothbrush. The brush heads and their affordability is a huge factor of why I tried this toothbrush. With other brands of electric toothbrush I just couldn't afford the brush heads. I love that the smilepro brush head is not the usual small and round. The design is simple but effective. Thank smilepro

Excellent experience and really surprised at how good the teeth whitening pen and LED light is. I’ve used others before that didn’t really make a difference but this product really works and you see a difference within 3 uses especially if you use 3 days or more in a row. I have sensitive teeth and it has caused me no sensitivity problems at all I will definitely keep up with using this product. Great customer service very helpful and quick to reply I can’t fault the product or company nothing but a really good experience.
