I was going to buy this product but grateful to the honest reviews. It is difficult to establish the genuine review from paid for reviews. Thank you other reviewers. I will not be buying.

Crap product. It stings my face and has made my redness worse. Plus, the tiny tube gets no more than three uses. The tube itself expands in such a way that you cannot get more than a handful of uses from it.
Hard pass.

I have only just started using this cream, it seems to be working well. My concern is that it does not mention eczema or psoriasis on the tube or the packaging and when I mentioned this on their Facebook page I was ignored. Not really sure what to think now.

Please be vigilant using this cream!

I used it daily for just over a year and everything was great. It cleared mild psoriasis on my face, legs and arms.

Recently, I started to notice a different kind of rash on my body. I tried using smiles and joys on this new area and now I have a rash on about half of my body. It has to be this cream as I have had no other lifestyle changes.

I have not used it now for 3 weeks. No improvement in the rash so I suspect it will take a few months to heal.

The company promote the cream as not having steroids but in my eyes now, a cream that works so well has to have steroids.

Hope this helps other users from having a rebound flare up that I have experienced.

My order did not reach me because my address was changed by some I don’t know and was forwarded to Los Angeles. They will not refund me even though I have tracking of where it went. It says DHL delivered but it changed hands with USPS , where it got forwarded . I have sent them attachments , but that’s not good enough. They want a name of where it went. They used my name, but turned the first and last name around. I even had cases opened up with the federal postal . They should do the right thing and either send another product or refund me.

I email them many time asking the them to return my order but have not recipe a replay

I applied for few days with confidence as the ingredients stated natural herbal, however, I stopped applied it for 1 day, then I felt my skin getting worst. I think it’s not steroid free as it mentioned. Bad news, I put 2nd large order that the first one and now the order was dispatched, I email them to cancel it and I want my money back!

Excema has helped no more redness

Arrived an hour ago, applied over largest of my psoriasis areas, not a pleasant feeling at first sort of cold & little sting but then settled feeling comfortable, & red color has reduced. Went to their fakebook site only to discover there was not ONE before & after video from the testaments back up the claims of cure?? Why is this? Using this cream for 2 days now & I've ordered another batch the change is remarkable, I wish I could get the next batch sooner as these five 15g tubes are simply NOT ENOUGH to last till next delivery

People say there are possibly steroids in this cream? What I'd like to know, If it does contain steroids what is the difference between using it for a few days and getting great relief to using prescription steroid cream forever because they just don't calm down the eczema or psoriasis

This product has hidden prescription only steroids in it.
This results in steroid dependency & severe rebound flares which last for months to years. This is especially dangerous to babies. This product should be removed from sale ASAP.

I too was sucked in to getting this cream from seeing on FB. 15g tubes. Then decided to look on Temu. There it was, exactly the same, packaging much cheaper. Though,with coming from USA they make out, but really China, Smiles and Joy would take too long to come. I TRIED to cancel with half hour. Email said YES cancelled a £50 in total order, as the offer was looking good. Too good! However, the email disappeared totally too after a day. NO Refund into my account and umpteen emails. No response from them or their other company name of Pretty Dang Cool, who where the names showing on my PayPal bank statement. Obviously Chinese.
I contacted PayPal, but keep asking the robot to speak to a human. I did get there. The lady did manage to get one lot of the money instantly. The second lot took a couple of days. So I got paid back in full and an email actually from Smiles and Joy saying they don’t sell on any other site and certainly not on Amazon. Sent me the direct links to themselves. Strangely, those links were blocked by service provider so wouldn’t link to it glad to say. On Amazon if one or two tubes ordered it’s £5.99. Order three it’s every word totally in Chinese and £8 for all three. Sent back to Amazon. I’m saying nothings going to work from these companies taking your money. All that the people say it on this site and Face Book, is rubbish and the influencers are paid. These tubes are 15g. Tiny amount, size of a forefinger, certainly can’t cover much area. My husband was using the Amazon tubes just on his arms. A tube a day. Save your money… it’s all fake.

I absolutely loved the results of their product. It works, and it was effective instantly. HOWEVER, their customer service is AWFUL. They constantly promote discounts to your email, only for NONE of them to work. I understand some are time gated, but I tried several that stated nowhere that it was, and it still wouldn’t work. When I contacted them twice about this, they didn’t even try to resolve the issue, and would actually LEAVE me on read. TWICE. Now they are completely ignoring my emails entirely. I cannot believe how unwilling they are to fix a simple issue. Absolutely unprofessional, and shockingly disappointed in their support team.

I purchased the product, and bought the extra guarantee that I could send it back. I have sent five request to send this this product back.??? They have not responded to it, all they have said is they are reviewing my request. They keep prolonging this experience, they have never once said they were going to send my money back, this is a lie. Lie this is a scam. Do not use this cream, do not spend your money. Do not spend your time with this product!

SCAM. From China.

Its a scam don’t buy. Bought for the 3rd time and never received the cream. They provided weird tracking numbers. My local post cannot track them. The worst customer service, ignoring my case. Paypal resolution center didn’t give my money back because they provided a tracking number. A scam to the highest level. Never again!

I have just used my first tube off the cream. I have psoriasis and have had it for over sixty years I hate using steroid creams. I have got to say so far this cream is beginning to work it is clearing up the psoriasis patches I find it quite extraordinary, it's like a miracle to me. Thak you. Rose Devitt.
