Hey Scot,

We're sorry to hear about the frustration this experience has caused. After looking into this further, we found that your last banger purchase was made back on August 4, 2023, which is quite some time ago. You reached out to us on October 1st requesting a replacement for that same item, and based on the details shared in your email, the product had already been used for a while before it was found broken.

To clarify, our policy around in transit damage allows us to facilitate a replacement or refund when a customer reaches out within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the issue. Since this request came in well beyond that window, and after the item had already been used, we weren't able to process it as an in transit damage claim.
