I recommend this site to anyone, they have great prices there shipping is fast and if you have any issues with anything you can email them and their customer service is amazing! They are quick to reply and will help you with any they can I have had nothing but awesome experience with this website ! They have a lot of awesome thing and like I said prices are very good! Check them out if you haven’t already it will be worth your time they are awesome!!

Made a couple of purchases and products came fast and as described. Definitely my New go to seller and recommending to all my fellow tree enthusiasts.

At first, part of my order arrived broken but customer service shipped out a replacement the next day which arrived in great condition! Speedy shipping, great service and care!

I received the wrong product and have had no contact back from them what so ever. I will say the first time I ordered great but it just seems to be the customer service is only good when your spending money with them and not when they have to fix and issue created by them. After a week and some minor back and forth they took care of thr issues. Thank you!

If I could I would give less. I received the wrong thing and they held the right one till they got it back. Then didn't even send it over night I waited over a month to get the right thing. And customer service sucks. I called and emailed and was ignored. Spend the extra. I will from now on. Will never buy another thing from this company.

Do not buy from this company, I bought almost a 300 item after about 3 weeks I tracked it and it was delivered to the wrong address, so I contacted usps they said the company put the address on it that they delivered to, I have been trying for weeks to get a credit back for my purchase I didn't get and last they told me I need to file a claim with usps.. no they do I didn't lose it they put the wrong address. Main point they screw u over!!!

I ordered the water bottle bong .. everyone was wonderful working with.. quick delivery .. when I emailed them with questions they were quick to respond.. very helpful.. I will order from them again.. I do recommend them .. 🙏

I got a vape that I returned because it didn't turn off.
They don't want to refund me with the excuse that I used.
I'm waiting for a replay about to ship it back to me and I'm offering to pay the mail.

Every piece I've ordered has been PHENOMENAL! All beautiful and sent in a timely fashion without a single issue of breaking! Highly recommend for quality glass at reasonable prices.

After typing the wrong address on the order page I finally received my bong! Excellent piece for the price or for twice the price. Right size, hits smooth and easy to clean. I would highly recommend it!

I tried to contact the company over the weekend, only to find out they weren’t open on weekends. Monday they contacted me back immediately and took care of the problem I had. I now have faith in this company and can’t wait to try my first order which will not be my last

I originally wrote a one-star review because I received a broken item and did not get a response from the company. I was able to get a response from them, and they promptly addressed my issue. While I believe in calling out bad service, I also believe in speaking up when a company rights a wrong. I will be ordering from Smokeday again.

Fast company that I’ve used twice. First time no issues got the bowl very quick and it was perfect. Second time my downstem came broken and I contacted them. Their customer service was fast and efficient and are sending me out a new one.

Order DynaVap Omni which is still available on sale on their website. Got an email this morning to be told it had been cancelled because there is no stock! Website says still in stock and on sale!

Took almost $350 Australia dollars!

BEST WEBSITE I EVER USED. recently ordered a torch that was out of stock and they reached out the same next day asking me to chose a different one. I was sad but also happy that they would refund the lighter or give me a different one. Shipped out the next day as well. Again best bang for your buck here!! Thank you SmokeDay!
