Usually they are great however the last few orders they have really let me down, I ordered on 18th October still have not received my order and have not heard anything from anyone despite contacting to get an update

Another order which hasn't arrived and no communication from Smoke Hut despite emails and messages sent.
If there is an issue with stock,delviery etc just inform the customer.
Will most probably be the last order i place witht his company, never had an issue until the last two orders, have always received goods next working day. Dont state next working day delivery if you cant fulfill orders, you've had my money long enough!

24 hour delivery is a joke ordered on the 16th of this month and now at 24th and still never received products that I ordered. Smoke hut used to be on the ball but not now. I have tried to contact them but as of yet no response.

Have not received my order have emailed them multiple times no response

Awful company, ordered over a week ago still not received order even though it says on website next day delivery, won’t reply on live chat and won’t reply to emails

Have been using this company for over 2 years and never had a problem until recently. Placed an order on 1 Aug for £99.99and still awaiting my delivery. They have stopped all correspondence with me and will not answer calls. DO NOT USE

I think this company are absolutely rubbish at what they deliver!
Unfortunately, the description FedEx 24hrs is none existent and Royal Mail are delivering the goods when they also decide to deliver!
I ordered last Friday and Saturday I’m still waiting!!!!
I think this is a trade description act in the making?
Frankly, for such poor quality of service I will not buy from this company again.

I did not receive my order

Placed an order paying £79.95.
Order never received. Have emailed them again and again. Just completely ignored me.
Lesson learnt. Should have checked the reviews o. Here first!

Ordered the products on 25.07.25. Still not recieved items 17.08.25. They not answered 3 email complaints or their website chats with the same issue of missing package. Not even worth 1 star. Very dismayed at paying out £100 for nothing and not a single reply.

I still haven't received my last 2 orders which has been 7 weeks now and no-one responding to emails

Paid for items didn't receive, good job my bank paid me my money back, emailed i don't know how many times and was ignored

Always been great previously but this time I placed my order over two weeks ago and have still not received them

We have sent message after message and nothing we are still waiting for a refund for an order that never arrived order date 24 May 2025. Would have given them no stars if I could have, disgusting service paid for 24 hour service order 100.00.

The full experience from ordering to delivery was great, no issues, product exactly what I ordered very efficient work by all. Will definitely use again.

I have been waiting since the 8th of July for my order. There have not been updates to say where the order is or why there has been a delay. Very disappointed. Have used you before and there have not been an issue. Would like to know when it will be delivered or for a refund. Will I use you again, probably not.

Still haven’t received my order. No contact.

I am still awaiting delivery of my order which was placed July 16th # 9954. The payment was for 24hr delivery but still no details as to where it is after contacting customer service chat twice.
