Smooth Sale are a great company to sell your house, Fil and Sophie have been especially amazing and supportive during the whole process, I can't thank them enough.

Came to SmoothSale after being really messed around by another 'cash buying' company and Ben was amazing throughout.

He helped me understand the situation I was in, was proactive at checking in and creating a plan B for our sale to ensure we stuck to the timeframes we needed to sell the property within. I can't stress enough how valuable this is when you are under time pressure, especially in comparison to the company we were using who were really poor on comms.

In the end our sale went through with the original agent/buyer but if I had my time over I would 1000% have gone with Ben and team.

I would like to thank Sophie for her exceptional customer service and support couldn't have been any better I would highly recommend her and her team.

Just had a sale complete with these guys after 11 days.. happy with the service from Harvey and the team. I got offered 88k cos my property was on the market at 110. The agents came back with a value of 105 and my final price was 85 but that still worked tbh so I accepted. Really easy process - thanks!

Yesterday the sale of my brothers house was finally completed . It's been a bit of a bumpy ride with several issues during the year it's been up for sale . I'm aware that there must have more than one person involved in the sale but the person always was able to help was Jack . He never failed to get back to us when there was a problem and was always so very helpful . If it wasn't for him I doubt if we would have stayed with the company . I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as in the beginning before Jack was involved things were very slow moving

They were very transparent and comunicative through the entire process. Without a doubt I'd recommend them to anyone in need to sell the property quickly.

I was working alongside Eimeren Dizon to get a exchange/completion for my client on their purchase. It was a very difficult situation as the onward solicitors were not very engaged or informative but Eimeren ensured to chase, update and was very patient when I would call her sometimes 2-3 times a day .... She has managed to get the solicitors to speak with each other and her communication was fantastic. Hope I get to work with Eimeren again should I have a client purchase from SmoothSale she really stood out from the rest and helped this matter to really move on forward, even helped the vendor find new solicitors when his ones didn't notify him of the need to pay for searches so they can be ordered!..

Very easy to deal with, had three times as many "genuine" viewings, and sold within a couple of months after being on the market previously for over a year.
