Snag My New Home Reviews 

Having brought a new build I was advised to get a snagging survey, Snag My New Home came up and after looking at the cost and what’s included I decided to book. Availability was good! My surveyor turned up and was extremely friendly, he was very thorough, spending a good couple of hours going room to room and externally too. He asked me what/ if I’d already seen things too so he could make sure he captured it.
I received the survey the next evening.
Really pleased I used this company! Well worth the investment for me to get everything rectified!!

Has been a very smooth process from initial enquiry to receipt of the snagging report. Can't fault the professional and knowledgeable team. Paul came out to undertake the snagging inspection and was very knowledgeable, explained the process and the issues identified and was very helpful. The snagging report was then issued within 24 hour after snagging inspection. Very efficient. Would happily recommend!

From start to finish 'Snag My New Home' was a pleasure to work with. Everything was seamless. Greeted by polite and good natured staff on the phone to set up my appointment. Easy. On snag day they checked in with me about the appointment. They were constantly in contact with me which was very reassuring when using a new service. Everything was done professionally. A very thorough report was sent to me the day following the appointment. They would be my number 1 choice to use again, Snag My New Home is a great company, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great experience, I booked just 48 hours before the snagging assessment which meant the assessment took place on an Sunday and received the report 36 hours later. There were many snags that I wouldn’t have even noticed or thought were a snag. I would highly recommend for anyone consider a snagging report.

Snagging done quite fast and well. Unfortunately it wasn't done all. Under the kitchen cupboards nothing was checked- there were loads of rubbish. Under the bath hasn't been looked as we had an water leak

Friendly, informative and on time.
I found snagmynewhome online and they were able to provide me a time slot very soon.
I would say they caught majority of the snags, something I wouldn't have been able to do in such a short time and recieved the full report the next day .
I would definitely recommend.

Their price point was good and things were simple to sort out.

I cannot believe that this dishonest company got my review taken down. If you are reading this before wondering wether you want to use them......make sure you scroll through there reviews first to make sure you have the full scope on how they deal with people. I've sent Trustpilot attachments showing there abusive and rude WhatsApps and they were still able to get my review taken down even though what I had written was all true so, please be AWARE!!!

I had a bad experience when trying to enquire about using snagmynewhome service to snag my new home.
On the watsapp chat customer service I was discriminated and was called thick head I then told them I had dyspraxia and dyslexic and was then told I’m a thick head and and other names I cannot make visible on this as Trustpilot see it defamatory even though snag my home are calling me pathetic in their reply. Is this how customers and consumers that would like to use their services could experience this is sad and unkind I feel threatened and intimidated by the messages. Read all reviews but they are some other genuine reviews with 1 star that you should read.

Trust pilot why is their response not flagged as they called me pathetic oh so now they removed the name calling

Terrible service! Avoid at all costs!
We went on the reviews on here but what a mistake. We booked a Snagger for 10am and was still waiting an hour later for them not to show up. Didn’t get a phone call or text to say they won’t be attending. Called numerous times to receptionist to be told 3 times I would get a call back. Eventually a guy called me and said he will be attending instead but will be another hour and half until he can arrive for the appointment. This was not acceptable as the appointment had already been missed with developer now. I then informed him not to continue to turn up and called reception to request a refund. They told me they would organise a refund but since not heard from them or received my refund as of yet. I would avoid this company. It’s extremely unprofessional & they will let you down.

I have now received my refund, but again avoid at all costs! Unreliable and unprofessional company. This they cannot deny.
