Excellent service - revolutionising traditional recruiting
I recently found a new role through Snap.hr - pretty much the ideal role for me.
The Snap model of working definitely works wonders compared to traditional recruiting, and having a dedicated talent manager to advocate for you is great - especially if like me you're easily distracted.
The advice provided for interviews, and the extra level of personal contact between candidates and hiring companies is great.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new role.
A good bridge between devs and hiring companies
Snap provided me with a very smooth interview process in which I interacted directly with the company, providing a better overview of what the company does and what my role will consist of early on.

I've been using snap.hr for almost 5 years now and since then I've always returned when it was time to look for a job. Honestly haven't found anything better, forget recruitment websites, this is how it should be. Its a very user-friendly with a rich user experience that just always makes you want to come back. As a dev myself I honestly have no critique for these guys except keep up the good work, I'll be back.

Turning recruitment on its head
Snap.hr turns recruitment on its head. Instead of you having to interview with the companies, the companies come to you. Instead of talking to recruiters, you get talent manager in your corner, cheering for you and helping you with the hard decisions. And instead of being asked "why you want to work for us" you get to ask them "why do you want me to work for you" or "what is it that you like about your company the most"?
I haven't find the right offer yet, but I've had a blast looking and I definitely recommend it!
Fixes what I hate about the recruitment process
snap.hr was such a refreshing platform to use. with a focus on the company reaching out (not 3rd party recruiters) I was presented with a whole host of interesting opportunities. My contacts at snap were helpful, friendly and professional everystep of the way and offered a sympathetic ear when I had difficult decisions to make. I have almost completed my first week at my new job and could not be more excited! thanks snap!

Brilliant Platform
Snap.hr is a brilliant platform: a huge pool of cool startups, a nice and easy UI, and most importantly - super professional and friendly people.
Coming from Google, I was skeptical about finding a startup that could match the challenge and compensation, but in less than a week, Nefeli helped me find not 1, but 5 - all interesting and special in their own way. She was absolutely great - responsive, attentive, and genuinely nice.
In short, I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend it; especially in comparison to the clunky UI and Kafkaesque process of other platforms like LinkedIn and Hired.
