I bought some stove sealing rope through Amazon. They had two types one black, one white. I ordered the black as it was marginally cheaper. It arrived today and it has a tiny circumference which is absolutely useless for any stove door I have seen. Not to worry, I may be able to make some snake oil from it

First time I've used these guys and was impressed straight away with their punctuality. They said 9 o'clock and it was 9 o'clock. Very efficient, helpful and communicative. I needed a new shower screen installed and the bath resealed and both were done to a high standard. Thanks guys!

Ordered a new unvented water cylinder on Tuesday, should've been delivered today, Friday, it didn't arrive. They don't deliver over the weekend. Plumber was booked for Saturday. He now can't do it for another two weeks. Don't believe the delivery claims of this company!
So pissed off!!

I was after a 1970’s style of gas fire, considered ‘Retro’ now, which they stocked.
It was reasonably priced and online purchasing process was straightforward.
Delivery was ‘free’, and only took 48 hours.
I would certainly use this company again and comfortably recommend to friends.
Definitely 5* service.

I can only comment on the customer service with regard to a purchase of consumables for a Stove door, But I must say that Sarah who I spoke to on the telephone and Kevin who I saw when I collected both of my orders were both pleasant and helpful and Kevin went above and beyond to advise when I could not get my initial purchase to fit correctly due to me purchasing the incorrect size (contact the experts NOT Google) Kevin solved my problem having inspected the Stove Door which I took with me. Very Pleased

Ordered a Gledhill pulsacoil water heater unit from SNH. The price was very competitive but Gledhill delivers direct so SNH has no control - however when I emailed SNH they asked me to call them on the day of delivery which I did. Whilst I was on the phone they contacted Gledhill too get an approximate delivery time as I had to arrange assistance to get the unit up to a second floor flat. A very polite person at SNH told me it should arrive between 10 & 11. The driver phoned at 10 to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. I am in my 70's and in my opinion SNH provide great service and I thoroughly recommend them.

Ordered a new fireplace for my parents, arrived with them promptly but parts were damaged...
Notified them and they sent out replacements to arrive promptly also. All handled very well by the company.

Please, please do not place an order through this company. The whole experience from start to finish has been extremely painful.

Placed order through them for a flue. After three weeks of delays, claimed order had been delivered, they were most certain and we have just lost it. They refused to deal with us directly and just gave us the manufacturers details to discuss with them (Mi Flues - also worse than awful). When I informed them I had checked the CCTV, they decided palletline had lost it. Promised a delivery tomorrow (for the third time) but cancelled instead to place an order for next day delivery elsewhere.

Yes, they are 15% cheaper than others. It is resolutely not worth the grief, attitude and terrible customer service.

The postage cost of my bath panel was very reasonable.
They posted the same day ( Tuesday and it arrived Thursday)
I was able to phone and confirm it was definitely in stock and would be processed the same day.
The total price was cheaper than elsewhere.

Order a pump was charged 45.00 should been 37.18 ..checked when got home .phoned them up and given me a credit refund of which I have got to travel from folkestone Birchington..which is going to cost more.they could of sent chechqe .its there mistake....Nice enough staff .

Stated website times are fictitious. They have no control over items ordered as they just ordered from manufacturer. Never supply tracking details, no empathy when items are overdue and work has been booked in.

Order with care and ensure you leave double the delivery time

The company delivered me the wrong toilet frame, and due to timescale I had to use the frame they sent to my inconvenience. The frame I ordered was more expensive than the one they sent me, but as I threw away the packaging they can’t refund me the difference. Won’t use again and advise not to as no interest in customer satisfaction.

Recently purchased a Flavel Regent Gas Fire from Snh Trade Centre The fire is very attractive and a perfect fit and came with a 7 year warranty. The price was competitive and delivery was as promised. The only surprise was the delivery charge ( over ‘£30 ). When the fire arrived one of the Black Coals was damaged but a quick call to customer services and a replacement was arranged very quickly. All in all I can recommend this company. PS. I have had this fire for 3 months and it is an absolute nightmare to light, having spoken to customer services I was advised to leave the Pilot Light permanently lit, not ideal for a £500 fire but it saves the hassle of trying to light fire using the piezo spark method. I have down marked the star rating from 5 to 4.
