Snowgoose Reviews

Delivery service 10/10 considering I ordered the night before and got it delivered next day.

Easy to order, speedy delivery and gorgeous arrangement that was very well received by the birthday girl.

Staff were excellent in assisting us to send out these hampers to multiple addresses to our Board members. The goods were fresh and delicious. There is something in the box for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for making it joyful for our gift giving experience.

Consistent high quality
We have been doing this for several years.
All our customers that we send the gift love it.

Hamper was delivered and well received by my daughter and family. 30C+ temperatures at delivery did impact the quality slightly as the chocolates had melted! Otherwise reported as good!

Our business partners loved the baskets and the fruit in particular was rated no 1. Also I chose this company being Australian owned.

Easy to navigate, good value, prompt service and well received. This is the second time using and will do again

Credit to the fruit selectors, the fruit packers, SnowGoose itself for not trying to skimp and save a few bucks.
This positive approach is what people notice and measure you by, and it should - and will - earn you far more bucks in the long-run than lesser competitors would save in both the short and long-runs!

Ordered 3 hampers to various locations around Melbourne and Gippsland and they were delivered the following day. Great service.

Timely delivery on my mum's birthday- big refreshing and delicious cherries!! She (and the family) loved them

Customer service was brilliant! Placing bulk corporate orders was a breeze. Received delivery confirmations on all hampers, and Snowgoose followed up with me on unsuccessful delivery and redirected without fuss. Highly recommend!

Please see my comments above.

Exceptional quality, well packaged, fast on time delivery. Fantastic selection of fruits. Beautifully crafted timber box which held the fruits and chocolates in it. Overall satisfaction is a 10/10. I placed two orders and was equally happy with both. Would happily order again and recommend to friends and family. A special thank you to Tyla who caught onto the extra thank you note I ordered which was not needed. She processed the refund that day and the funds were back in my account the day after. She was quick to respond to any queries I had which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you
