Cheap crap not worth the wait!
We ordered a fleece blanket that was supposed to be embroidered (per the website). It was a cheap printed cloth. Could not call it a blanket.
I contacted the company asking for a refund based on the false advertisement.
They refused to refund the purchase amount and offered a 40% refund plus I pay shipping costs. This company is from China and does not admit to this in the website either.
Do not order from them.

received wrong merchandise and quality of the items are very poor. not worth the money i spent for them. also when trying to contact by e-mail , the email was kicked back saying incorrect address. I advise not buying from this website.

This was a cheap packing blanket with a quilt printed on it. It's a scam!!!! And they don't refund your money so they know their product is inferior and are relying of false advertising to profit off of consumers. Horrible experience, don't waste your money!!!!

Order glass penguin ornament. Appeared to be a round glass ornament. Turned out to be a flat piece of plastic with a paper cutout of the penguin glued to it. $34.00 for small

Complete garbage and why does Trustpilot give ratings of 4.1 when all reviews other then AI generated reviews are NEGATIVE!! Trustpilot is garbage too

The duvets are printed and you can tell. They look nothing like the photos. They make it nearly impossible, if not completely impossible possible to return items so you are stuck with them. When you check it they add extra items into the cart if you press continue to checkout, very annoying.
Not to mention their email address isn’t responded to very often so getting answers in regards to refunds is almost impossible. Don’t buy from

The photo clearly shows patchwork stitching. What you get is quilt image printed on sheet fabric and stitched to another sheet. The photo is misleading, the product is worth maybe 1/5th the selling price. DO NOT PURCHASE from this outfit!

Buyer beware!!I purchased 3 ornaments. They were about $20 each. Photo is very misleading. What I received was a flat plastic ornamnet with a sticker on it. My son could have made these in kindergarten. Not sure they are even worth $5. I don't want someone else to get scammed.

We placed an order for 3 "vintage patchwork quilt" duvet cover sets. When they arrived, we were shocked to find they were not actual patchwork quilts, but they appear to be poor quality photographs of quilts printed on fabric. The company declined to process a return or a refund because their policy is to do so only if the item is damaged or the wrong item is sent.

Not a quilt. It is a print with horrible material. Company unwilling to provide a refund and have item to return if not damaged-horrible experience.

Everything was great from the moment I placed my order to when I received it! I ordered a Magnolia rug. I asked them to receive it no later than November 13th. However, they said they could not predict that due to so many orders. To my surprise, the delivery was at my doorsteps right on November 13th in the afternoon! It was perfectly packed and beautiful as well!
I can't be more grateful and pleased!

Description and picture did not match item sent. Expensive for poor quality. Customer service, although responsive and agreed with my complaint, refused to correct the problem and offered percentage off . Item was for a gift that I would be too embarrassed to give.
