The thinnest, cheapest quilt for over $100. Don’t do it!

This site is a fraud pure and simple. I ordered a Duvet that was advertised as a beautiful ornate Christmas bed covering. What I got was a cheap print!! Sadly my MasterCard dispute makes it too difficult to resolve so I am out the money. Lesson learned on 2 accounts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS FAKE!

One star seems generous. I ordered a a quilted duvet set and after over a month, received a cheap, polyester screen print with an image of stitching. The site makes it look like folks in Wyoming are making these. They even attempted to charge me for a "tip." Mine was shipped from China and I'm pretty sure had I tipped, no seamstress would have received a dime. The company so pill not do returns or refunds. Total scam!

Horrible product, horrible customer service! I ordered a duvet as a gift that looked very pretty in the picture online. It took forever to get it (missed Christmas) and when it finally came it is made out of slippery fabric, like an actual lady's slip and the pattern is spray painted onto the icky fabric. Snuggleden refuses to give me a refund ($150). I would never use this thing and would most certainly never give it as a gift. DO NOT Purchase ANYTHING FROM SNUGGLEDEN. They are ripoff artists.

Terrible and a waste of money. I bought a cute Christmas ornament. The picture they showed was three dimensional and of good quality. What they sent was a two dimensional image of their model encased in plastic. I was embarrassed to give it out.

I ordered my product on Dec 23rd 2025 and didn't receive it till Jan 13th 2026 then I was so disappointed to see what they call a comforter is a sheet with Golden Retriever on it which cost me $149. How stupid was I to pay that much for a sheet. Sorry but that is a true rip off. No star is what it deserves.

Straight from China. Takes forever. Customer service doesnt exist. DO NOT BUY

“Thank you for your quick response and honoring the refund.
Just to let you know the reviews I see on the Internet are not good for your company and it made me nervous to work with you. And although the price of the ornament was a good price the shipping of nine dollars made it too expensive for me.”
2 days later I received my full refund. I was very pleased withis companys service.

I was so extremely disappointed in the product I received as it looked nothing like the online picture. I reached out to request a refund due to the product description not being accurate and they would not give one.
Also the product comes from China and takes over a month to arrive.
Super sketchy company and you should not purchase from them.

I ordered a duvet cover listed as Poinsettia Elegance which listed as produced to maintain its rich color and elegant embroidered detailing. The design included a poinsettia in the center with a rich red embroidered border on all sides. What I received was a pixelated printed design, with no actual embroidered detailing. The pillow covers are grossly offset, with the border completely absent on one side and the poinsettia cropped off at the bottom. I also purchased a nutcracker tree skirt, with the same poorly pixelated printing and simple machine quilting vs. intricate quilting depicted in the photo. When I reached out to the company to resolve the issue, they informed me that there was no defect and therefore, they would only offer me a 10% refund as "goodwill". I checked their web site reviews and these were all positive. I wish I had run a google review check before ordering. PLEASE DO NOT order from this company. My items are a huge disappointment and will go directly from their storefront to Goodwill.

I ordered a tote bag with embroidered books on it for $37.50 (plus tax and shipping). What I received was a cheap piece of crap bag not worth $5. The photos make everything look 3D with nice stitching. Reality is far from acceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER THAT ADVERTISES THESE 3D QUILTED PRODUCTS! They are a scam!

There is a place in hell for those who cheat grandmothers, on fixed incomes, out of the money they have used to purchase a Christmas gift for their granddaughter from heartless thieves like these Snuggleden thieves are. A warning to everyone, please never forget to read reviews before purchasing from any online company to save yourselves from the heartache of scammers.

I ordered 9 quilts as Christmas gifts. All arrived in time. However, while the graphics are nice ( not sure how they hold up to laundry) there is No quilting material in them. It’s basically 2 pieces of broadcloth type material sewn together to look like quilts. Considering the price for these (I bought mostly super kings) I would’ve thought they were actually quilts. I did receive great customer service in canceling a second double order by mistake.

I bought three Christmas ornaments th that were absolutely nothing like the website. They are essentially stickers on a cutout piece of small plexiglass and a total rip-off

I also took 3 weeks to arrive.

I ordered 3 Christmas ornaments and when I finally got them they were so totally different from what was advertised. Instead of the nice globe shaped ones I received 3 flat ornaments made of some weird plastic. Been trying to get a full refund and was told since they weren't broken in shipping they could only offer a 10% refund,when I threatened to call the better business bureau they upped their offer to 20%,I refused saying I wanted 100% refund.....guess what,they quit replying to my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AND I MEAN ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF FOREIGN WEB SITE!!!!!!!

False advertising: the duvet description said it had "detailed embroidery" and the image looks like it's quilted. Nope - it's just cheaply printed on polyester. No quilting whatsoever. The description also said that the duvet is reversible, but that was a lie, too.

I only wish I could give zero stars! I ordered Christmas ornaments that the picture shows a normal round ceramic type ornament with a beautiful nativity inside. What I received was a plastic disc with a nativity picture glued to it! $21.99 I was offered and $2 refund! TERRIBLE - DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a quilted duvet cover set. After waiting 2 weeks, it arrived.
It is a picture of a quilted comforter printed on polyester fabric.
Very low quality at that.
Their refund policy states refund is allowed "if product is significantly different than what is advertised".
The company stated to me, "As this situation relates to product expectations rather than a defect or wrong item, we’re not able to accept a return for a full refund."
Don't buy from them. Cheap Chinese product.

They offered me 20 percent refund, but I never received it!

This company loves to take orders and charge your card with sending you an email of a confirmation order number. Hoping yiu will forget you even ordered the item take your hard earned money and never send you the item that your ordered to give to someone you really care about. The title of this review why they need to be turned into Federal trade commission.

Cheap crap not worth the wait!
We ordered a fleece blanket that was supposed to be embroidered (per the website). It was a cheap printed cloth. Could not call it a blanket.
I contacted the company asking for a refund based on the false advertisement.
They refused to refund the purchase amount and offered a 40% refund plus I pay shipping costs. This company is from China and does not admit to this in the website either.
Do not order from them.
