These guys are scammers - they're using product photos and videos from other (legitimate) brands on their website and in their ads. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SNULLO - its simply not worth the risk - Don't let the FAKE/SUSPICIOUSLY "good" reviews fool you!

Genuinely shocked by the rating of this website and frankly I am suspicious as to whether the reviews left by others are genuine! I ordered 2 XL 2 piece sets form this website after checking reviews on Trustpilot first as I wasn't familiar with them. I could tell it was a similar type of online store as a Shein or Temu but the prices generally much higher, so I took my chances. Ordered 2 of the more expensive sets at $85 dollars each. The outfits looked good in the pictures and their Instagram advertisements. What turned up was CHEAP ill fitting low quality items not worth even half of what I've paid for them. The Faux leather 1 smelled terrible and was completely the wrong size, looked terrible in real life compared to the pics online. The Black shirt and trouser set was even worse completely the wrong size again and cheap shiny almost satin look material very different from what the model in the advertisement and the pics showcased. I reached out for refund instantly - first they told e to air the clothes out (bad smell) as if I requested advice lol. I made it clear I don not want the items - they then offered for me to keep the items and give me back 30% refund - this was of no use to me these are items I would NEVER wear even if they could fit me. I reiterated the sizing is wrong and the items look cheap and low quality I've ordered many thing from similar company's like Shien or Boohoo even for much les or comparable prices ad been satisfied with the level of craftsmanship /materials used etc. This was a rip off! Eventually they agreed to accept my request for a refund - but all at my own expense - so In short its cost me almost £40! (£37.65) to send the clothes back to their business n China from London - and I have to wait until the items arrive their before I get my refund!

Products are not what they advertise, cheap horrible materials and dont look nothing like what they advertise. Customer service is shocking been waiting two months for refund and still nothing even after 32 emails!!!!

The first order came and I loved the shirt. Perfect fit. The second order placed a few days after the first order, never came. Tracking indicated it was seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage. Their shipping agent in the states is corrupt. I have reached out to snullo to give them a chance to make it right. I’ll update the review as it progresses to resolution.

if there was an option to put 0 stars i would, this ‘brand’ (if you can even call it that) has scammed me and my partner into thinking that we were receiving this nice hoodie and sweatpants set just to receive pieces of polyester with designs PRINTED (not stitched/hand drawn etc). how is this even legal to be selling customers something completely different to the pictures and 100 fake reviews ,,

Don't buy!! Cheap polyester not cotton and the design in Pic is jist printed on and not actual patchwork or accessories on clothing. Cheap and ai generated pics on website

Attention ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Article différent de leur vidéo, pas la même qualité. Retour non gratuit, 50€ minimum pour le retour d'un costume à 100€. Vous comprenez l'arnaque. Heureusement que j'ai payé avec PayPal car sans litige, ils ne répondent jamais à vos mails.

SCAM – AVOID THIS STORE
The product does NOT match the photos or description. Pants are extremely tight and badly cut. Customer service keeps pushing exchanges and partial refunds instead of a full refund. They refuse to cover return shipping even though the item is misleading. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I will never shop here again.
I would not recommend this store. Be very careful before ordering – what you receive may look nothing like the pictures, and getting a proper refund is unnecessarily difficult.

I ordered a hoodie on the 20th of November and it’s still isn’t here. I’ve tried getting ahold of whoever I need to and I got a email today saying my necklace was stuck in costumes? I ordered a hoodie tho. I spent $$$ on this hoodie and I expected to get it with in maybe a week or so. But nope, I’m being yanked around and being made a fool. Very, very unsatisfied!!!! 120% don’t recommend!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Avoid! I ordered SNUOXN13729 mens sequined shirt in 3xl. it would not fit a child; length or width. The only way to try and organise a return is through supportsnullo.com email. Been 3 days now and no reply, no phone number, formgen, no live chat no way of sorting a return and refund. Just emails being ignored.
