The measurements of the items I ordered were completely wrong, so I requested a refund. And that’s when the troubles started. They were trying very insistently to make me keep the items even though the size did not fit. We had a ridiculous back-and-forth through email where they kept trying to avoid refunding, offering $20 store coupons, suggesting I gift the items instead of returning them and, last but not least, insistently trying to make me buy something else instead of issuing a refund. No solution was found. I also have to add that the quality of the fabric is terrible. Even if the size fit, I wouldn’t keep these clothes. When I opened the package they smelled really bad. They are definitely not value-for-money. Best stay away.

Great product, great service, fsst and efficient

I have almost 2 weeks.Can I write it to you in the email and everything for returning pants and I don’t have an answer back and I don’t like it like. I tried to call on the phone and anybody’s not a answering. “I hope there will be greater awareness on your part to respond to emails and phone calls.”

The clothes from Stylesock are made so well. The quality of the materials are excellent. The styles of clothing are so unique, different, and eye-catching. I have not bought any tops yet but I have bought many pants. When I wear the pants, I always receive alot of compliments.

I made a mistake while ordering with the size. I contacted Support just afterwards and got resonse within a Day. The support told me that tey will change the order but the shipping and Order Informations will still contain the wrong size as i ordered. I got the right size and be happy about this uncomplicated solution. The packet arrived 8 Days after order. Great Job on all Levels

the sweater is great but it came with a rolled up piece of Kleenex in the pocket which led me to question if it had been worn before. It didn't look worn and the quality is very nice so I intend to keep it

SCAM/DROPSHIPPER!!! All clothes come from china. The pictures that are used have different materials then the one you wil get delivered. You can find the same items on Temu and AliExpress for cheaper.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato un capo sul sito stylesock, il prodotto era veramente scadente, io vesto una 36/38, ho acquistato la taglia più piccola, ma il capo mi vestiva molto diverso da quanto apparso sul sito.
La politica di reso è roccambolesca, c'è stato uno scambio di numerose mail dove patteggiano un rimborso esiguo con un voucher da utilizzare per un altro acquisto. Io ho deciso di non accettare e di restituire il capo anche se credo che il costo di trasporto a mio carico sarà molto alto, in quanto in Cina, Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto su questo sito.

Products are nothing like you see on the site.
Returns are non existent. I spent over $300s on 2 items and was offered $35 reimbursement if I kept them.
One was usable but not what I ordered, the other you couldn't possibly wear...I'm certain it was made of plastic pieces.
