Update to the Community (as of 13 March 2026):

The customer’s second order has now been successfully processed through customs and delivered to our Indian warehouse on 12 March 2026. Final delivery to the buyer’s address is currently in progress and is expected within the next 5–8 days through our domestic logistics partner.

Regarding the earlier concern about the first pair of golf shoes, the matter was reviewed with the supplier. The product features a breathable upper design with ventilation pores, intended to provide airflow and comfort during play. Accordingly, the product is not designed to be fully waterproof, and the product description does not claim full waterproof functionality. Breathable golf shoes and waterproof golf shoes serve different purposes depending on playing conditions.

The reviewer also mentioned that similar products are available locally at lower prices. While items may appear visually similar, products can differ in design, quality, feel, materials, sourcing channels, and supplier standards, and internationally sourced products may therefore vary from items available in local markets.

This customer has repeatedly contacted us and posted messages across platforms regarding the same matter. Despite this, we have responded calmly and requested verifiable evidence to review the claim.

The first order (Bullock Oversized Golf Shoes – Size 43) was placed on 15 January 2026 and delivered on 11 February 2026, with all tracking queries answered during transit.

After delivery, the customer raised a concern regarding waterproofing. We requested a short video demonstrating the issue for technical review, but no supporting evidence was provided.

The second order was placed on 6 February 2026 and had already entered international processing before the cancellation request was made. Due to the Lunar New Year manufacturing shutdown in China, dispatch across global shipments was temporarily delayed.

The shipment remains in transit, and the tracking number UK903846205YP confirms normal progress within the international logistics network.

We regularly supply this imported golf shoe range across India and have not received similar quality complaints. International sourcing can occasionally involve longer delivery timelines due to manufacturing schedules, customs processing, and global logistics.

As communicated multiple times via email, the correct setup process is as follows:

• Install the official companion app by scanning the QR code available in the watch settings or user manual.
• Open the app and use “Add Device / Bind Device” to connect the watch (do not connect directly from the phone’s Bluetooth settings).
• Enter basic personal details within the app profile.
• Wear the watch snugly on the wrist and remain still during measurement.
• Health trend data will appear in the app after successful synchronization.
