Beautiful Looking Ring & Good Quality
The product is of high quality/material and just as shown on the website. The only saddening experience was with the time of delivery. The product was held at the customs far longer than required and I was also charged a delivery fee by the Indian Govt Customs/Postal Service. I’m truly thankful to the Sociable Weaver Nest Team who were constantly in touch with me and even refunded me the delivery fee, however, it’s sad how hungry Indian Govt has become to be charging us without viable reasons. The company is good, their product is worth the buy in terms of usage and quality; I totally recommend their products. The company and their products both can be trusted. Thank you team, for being there and understanding my inconvenience. Totally appreciate your kind gesture and support.

We followed up with India Post multiple times, and we're glad to inform you it was finally released and delivered today (7th April 2025).
Please note that occasionally, some shipments may get held at customs, and any applicable taxes are beyond our control. That said, we use this import channel because it's the most reliable for international deliveries. Transit times usually range between 15 to 50 days, depending on customs clearance.

Thanks for reviewing us. You have received the wrong update. SWN has cleared the Rs 733 custom charges of India Post, paid to your colleague Mohd. Rehan through Paytm. We also helped clear your items through customs. Please check and respond accordingly. Also, there is only 1 standard channel approved by Govt. of India and it is through India Post. All other channels for import have been banned by the Government of India. You can also import specific products through DHL but the customer has to pay a duty on that too while clearance.

The product meets expectations
I ordered a smart watch with blood glucose monitoring. I was very curious about the product because continuous glucose monitoring devices cost about ₹9000 per month, & this product was costing lesser than ₹9000 & would definitely last more than a month.
But this feature is just a fake one. There is no correlation between actual values & the values shown by graph.
Rest, the watch is very nice, all other features are good & working. Just don't rely on ECG & blood glucose features.
The company sent me a tracking link right at the next day of placement of my order. That was very quick & must be appreciated. But on a fine morning it showed that the watch has been delivered. A panicked me wrote mail to the seller stating the facts. It was then that I understood that the link was for the delivery of the watch from China to the seller & not to me. Well they despatched it right next day.
Overall the experience was not very bad. They could have informed the process in their very first mail & nobody can complain about it. It's a good service to provide directly imported goods to your door.

If you are considering to buy an international item, please keep this point in mind it usually takes 15-45 days for an item to reach India in normal circumstances, especially liquid and cosmetic items.

Also, the product doesn’t come with a detailed user manual, in the absence of which various aspects of the functionality of the watch remains unknown. The least that you can do is to put up a detailed video on YouTube.

Had to wait 45 days but I was given a fair warning
Had to wait a long time, but that was specified while buying the product. It arrived pretty quickly after it had been shipped to India. The delivery was seamless, I was updated regularly about the shipping and transit details. I only faced difficulty with the initial 1 month period post ordering the product, not knowing about it's progress or if it's preperation was even underway.
