Never disappointed with my purchases…
Never disappointed with my purchases from Socksnob. Great quality and hard wearing. The only issue I have is that the socks that I like never seem to have any other colours other than Black, White or Gray. Whilst some of the other makes have the colours of the rainbow as an option. Hay ho....

They arrived quickly, but don't stay up
They arrived quickly, looked good at first, were nice and long, knee high, but, they don't stay up. They almost become ankle socks,which defeats the object of buying long socks. At least they were cheap.

I will start by saying that I ordered…
I will start by saying that I ordered the wrong size item. Trying to contact you is extremely frustrating. The contact number you give is just crazy. You are straight away given a message that no one is available please leave a message, this is repeated whichever of the three choices offered are chosen. After waiting a few days, with no contact, I tried the e-mail route. I explained fully the issue, making sure you were aware it was my error in ordering. The reply I received, eventually, took the line of, so sorry we sent you the wrong order, and asked for details of despatcher. This had all taken over a week and I decided to just send the item back and get a refund. I would have preferred to have a replacement but, again, no forms to enter reason for return or chance to get a replacement. Only good part of this is I got a refund. Never again.

Cosy socks, easy on the toes
Great socks, arrived quickly, and beautifully warm! I have sensitive toes/toenails and these socks are ideal because they don't have an irritating seam. Only one criticism: I would normally expect 'diabetic' socks to be either elastic-free or quite 'giving' around the cuff - I ordered several pairs of the same size, and the tightness of the elastic varied considerably from one pair to the next (one pair left quite a deep imprint around my lower calf). But pleased with my purchase, overall.

Quick delivery and products look good although most are Christmas presents for other people so can't comment on what they feel like. The one criticism I have is that I ordered ladies navy gloves and I got sent black ones instead. It even says navy on the packing label. I don't mind too much so not going to ask for them to be changed but please can this company check that what someone has ordered colour wise is correct before sending it.

Gentle Grip elastic-free socks 12-14
These socks are so much more comfortable than socks from eg. M&S or supermarkets (I have large feet). I was concerned that the elastic-free tops might mean that they don't stay up, but there's no problem, They are perfect. Delivered within a couple of days of my order.

Order at your peril
I specifically ordered some light blue legwarmers and the order also confirmed the colour. I was sent grey instead so I returned them. I asked for a full refund as it was the company’s error sending me the wrong colour. The alternative option to a refund would be to resend the correct colour as requested. Instead, I have received a 50% refund which is not acceptable. Unless this matter can be put right, then I cannot even give this company one star. I am very disappointed and suggest potential customers think twice before ordering from this company as they will rip you off.
