I ordered a hoodie in January 2025 and still have not received my order. It's a scam website.

I'm updating this critique as I did finally receive my hoodie 2 months after ordering. I was shocked. I would still proceed with caution

DO NOT ORDER FROM SOCO HOODIES. UNLESS OF COURSE YOU'RE IN NO HURRY TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. I PLACED MY ORDER ON JANUARY 16TH JUST RECEIVED IT MARCH 13TH. THEIR WEBSITE STATES 14-21 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. IM QUITE SURE MINE WAS JUST SHY OF 2 MONTHS. I CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND EVERY TIME I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT WAS AN AUTOMATED REPLY. NEVER AN ACTUAL REASON WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered a hoodie and asked for expedited shipping and ican’t even get a tracking number. It’s been over a week still. No tracking number. I wish looked at the reviews before buying.

My grand daughter asked me to order her a hoodie from this site. So sorry I did. I'm still not sure it isn't a scam to get enough information to hack my credit card. A month has passed and it still hasn't arrived and she asks every other day. Their tracking system is impossible to use. My response to her was never ask me to use them again.

Do not order from this company! Returns are impossible as they string you along until it’s past the 30 day mark, then decline your return due to being past the 30 day mark!

Two stars for at least sending the item. I didn’t realize it until I googled (it was a Christmas gift) but apparently it’s a knockoff of a popular sweatshirt. But sizing was weird so I paid to return it, only for it to come back to me saying the company “moved”. And I got charged return shipping too. I don’t trust this company at all and wouldn’t buy anything again.

I would give them a zero if it was an option. The sweatshirt I ordered took over a month to arrive and the quality is CHEAP! It took over 2 weeks to receive return instructions, only to learn it will cost a min of $150 to return a sweatshirt to China with a required tracking number.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. They sent an different sweatshirt than the one I ordered. I have had to go back and forward with them about a return. They are now saying for a refund I have to mail the item to China. This will cost almost as much as the sweatshirt itself. I am filing a fraud report with my credit card.

Don't bother with this company, you will never get your order. This is a chinese company making believe they are based in the U.S

This is a shity quality and the product does not even look the same as it does online. It came with a ripped pocket and you can clearly tell that the hood is too small. We are extremely disappointed. Thus is an Actual Scam, also it took over a month and a half to receive our order. Do not order here.

I ordered an Embroidered Bow Print Hoodie on Black Friday for my granddaughter for Christmas. Never received it despite several emails to SOCO. After 7 weeks of waiting, the tracking number says it was delivered 2 weeks ago and it wasn't. Post office says tracking number is fraudulent and to contact my credit card company.

If it was an option, I would give zero stars. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas in early December. It is now mid-January and we still have not received it. Soco Hoodie sent an email stating that the sweatshirt was shipped in mid-December. However, the tracking number is bogus. There is no phone number to call. This appears to be a scam business. I'm so upset that I gave them my money. My daughter simply wanted the sweatshirt as a gift.

Would give ZERO stars if I could! Ordered sweatshirt December 18, received January 15, and it is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SWEATSHIRT than I ordered. Wanted a frisbee golf hoodie (multi colored with frisbee golf scene) and received a solid black sweatshirt that says “You are Enough” on the front… $48 dollars for a completely wrong product. STAY AWAY from this store.

SCAM- Do not order from here or similar websites.
I should have read the reviews first! Ordered "Pink Palm Puff" sweatshirts early December for Christmas arrival. Paid of for expedited shipping. Items arrived in January, straight from China clearly they don't have the option to expedite shipping but took money for it any way.

Items are way off size wise - small is bigger than the Medium- and of poor quality. One sweatshirt missing the front and arm stitching. I know these weren't super expensive items to begin with but expected at least a product to be what I ordered.

Website now does not list these items on their site.

Customer service: Total scam. Says on website they respond in 24 hrs. They did not respond to a single email or DM etc until after the product shipped so they could just say "product shipped, this isnt an issue any more"

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company on November 29th. Took over 3 weeks to arrive even though it was quoted to take 1-2 weeks. They did give me a tracking link which gave accurate shipping location. When item arrived it was extremely oversized (I ordered extra small and it was more like extra large) and words were misspelled. I have been in communication with the company for 3 weeks. First they wanted pictures of what was wrong with the item. Then they wanted pictures of the size tag. I received email a few days ago with my options: return the item to China (at my own cost, which will probably be more than what I paid for the item in the first place); get 50% off a new order; get 20% refund of the item and keep it. False advertising and I would not purchase anything from this company.

11/29/24 placed an order.
12/11/24 received email that was shipped.
01/13/25 item received.
45 days after placing and order.
They have Fontana, CA address but no phone number and no one answers the email.
I have not check if they are legit company or not because my daughter wanted this hoodie from this company as x-mas gift.
NEVER AGAIN.

I agree with all the other comments, this company is horrible. I ordered 2 sweatshirt hoodies for my granddaughters for Christmas on November 1. It is January 12 and they still haven't arrived. You can't track the order at all, it says waiting for shipment. Also, when emailing the company, they never answer and when they do, it is total lies. I would NEVER order from them again. I can't comment on quality because I haven't received them and probably never will. Nowhere on their website does it say they are made and shipped in China.

Bait and switch. This company is a joke. "SoCo Hoodie" is marketed as a US based shop in California. Placed an order that arrived after 3 weeks, and item was complete trash. Obviously came from China. I immediately requested a refund. It took 3 weeks and 4 emails for me to finally get an address for return. Somehow they have recently "relocated their returns to China". Return shipping is not covered - but as an alternative, they offered for me to keep the item (no thank you) for 15% back. What a joke, stay far far away.
