Great communication and speedy setup.

Sofa came on time and delivered to a difficult location. The two guys were very helpful despite 60 steps and a 300 lb sofa bed.

Great service from beginning of the process to delivery! The Luonto sofabed I ordered came within the timeframe promised, and was in perfect condition. The delivery service brought it to the second floor of the house and set it up with no issues.

The Monika Sofabed is exactly what we were looking for. The delivery process was smooth but honestly a bit unprofessional. The deliverymen didn’t take appropriate care when delivering our sofa, they dragged it on the floor using a blanket and when putting into the room saw no fault when taking paint off the door frame or with ink stains from the bill of lading left on our brand new white bedroom furniture.

The President of the Company emailed me to address the less than stellar delivery service and offered a refund of the delivery charge which showed me that this company does care about its customers and their satisfaction with the experience of dealing with their company. I was impressed by their gesture.

The delivery went well. We were surprised when the phone call came a day early.

Perfect in every way. I was able to quickly speak to someone who was very informed about the couch I wanted to buy, the pricing was less than what I had seen elsewhere, as was the delivery fee, and it was delivered on time and in a professional way. Absolutely would order from them again.

Ordered a Luonto Fantasy Full XL sleeper sofa from SofaBed. Best price online with the reasonable shipping cost. Delivery service they used was really good about communicating their schedule in advance. They put it right where I wanted it and took away all the packing material. I'm using it in an office/guest room. Sleeper sofas all tend to be too deep for my preference, but this one sits as well as any, and sleeps really well. Super easy fold in an out.

I love the new sofa I purchased! The team here did a phenomenal job with my delivery; my furniture got delivered earlier than it was supposed to!

I was satisfied with salesperson and delivery. But be aware that I did not open the sofa since it’s going in a container out of the country. Hope when I open it it will b in perfect working condition.

Ordered a small sofabed from here that I originally had found locally for several hundred dollars more.. Delivery was quick and professional. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered well ahead of the time I needed it- Company held delivery until our move-in date. Came assembled, which I highly recommend. Delivery guys were nice and on-time. Chair is comfy, stylish and practical.

We purchased the Monika sleeper sofa and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The couch is well made and a great functional pull out design.

We emailed with sofabed.com with some questions and had a great online experience.

The delivery was delayed the first time but when we did receive it the guys were great and did a wonderful white glove service.

Highly recommend both the website and the monika sofa.

The delivery was well organized and the workers were polite and skilled at setting up the bed.
At first I was scheduled for 12-4pm window. However the driver called at 9am saying he would be there in 5 minutes. Since I was 2 hours away-
i missed this delivery.

However, dispatch promptly scheduled another window which was two days later. The delivery was scheduled for 9am-1pm and the driver called me at 7:44am and told me he’d be there at 11am and I told him to buzz my buzzer when he arrived.

Then at 8am my buzzer rang and the couch was delivered swiftly and put
In place as promised . But only after the driver asked me if I wanted them to “remove the plastic package”. I said yes and then they promptly set up the piece in place.

Great service- even if a bit early.
But in life when do you ever get things early?:-)
