Thank you for sharing this feedback - we're sorry to hear the experience didn't quite land as expected.
Just to note, the majority of Sofars feature three performances, and the event page for the show you attended had this detail. It also looks like this show was listed as an acoustic show with voice, soul & global sounds, but we appreciate your feedback about making the genre more obvious - we can pass this along to the team.
Thanks again for taking the time. We hope you'll give Sofar another try with a different lineup.
All the best,
The Sofar Team
Music was great
Music was great, venue ran a little hot at times, I could tell they were trying to manage it in a way that didn't interfere with the production, occasionally blasting the AC for short periods. Would definitely go again.

A equipa Sofar

A Truly Memorable and Heartfelt Event
I absolutely loved the event! I had hoped to attend one in London, UK, but it didn’t work out, so I’ve been really excited to experience one here in Toronto. I appreciated the cozy feel of it all, and the music was fantastic (big shoutout to Samantha!). The organization was also top-notch (kudos to Alanna!)—you could really see the care and authenticity put into it.

Lovely Location
Lovely Location, autumn was amazing, the last two boy bands were a bit meh. The vocals of the last guy would have really enjoyed some EQing in the higher mids, his voice was way to intense on the ears, even when moving further away.
Lovely team.

A little ridiculous that they sell more…
A little ridiculous that they sell more tickets than there are seats so people arriving on time but last have to stand the entire time. The music though was incredible. But the last thing you want to do on a Friday night after a long week at work is stand for an hour

Thanks for sharing this, Natalia. We're really glad the music was incredible, but we hear you completely on the seating. Every guest should be able to settle in and enjoy the show comfortably, and we're sorry that wasn't the experience on the night.
Your feedback has been passed on to the local team, and someone will be in touch to put this right. We hope to have another chance to deliver the experience you were hoping for!
